At first we had booked another hotel for our last night in LA! But this hotel didn't charge as much parking fee as the other hotels in the neighbourhood! Room was perfect. A lot of room and very clean. At the other side of the street there is a 7 Eleven and some restaurants. Very nearby LAX and the rental cars facilities.

We couldn't find the swimming pool and in the room there was a tablet for ordering food, but the kitchen was closed.

Staff was very accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage before checking in and finding me a room earlier than usual check-in time. Room was a generous size. Bed was comfortable.

I thought they had an airport shuttle, but it has been discontinued. The good news was that Uber provided a very cheap ride to the airport.

Heidi's friendly welcome upon arrival and a super comfortable bed after a long trip were the standouts. Nice big room with coffee maker and fridge. Check out Casa Gamino next door, very yummy Mexican fare. There are other dining options and a 7/11 across the street. We had to leave prior to breakfast time (which starts at 6.30am) and were offered a goody bag which we completely forgot about rushing out the door...

A shuttle service would be great of course. We paid $20 each way for a taxi (note that you will have to make a phone call at the airport to have one come by; we were lucky to have a very friendly staff place the call for us).

I just want to thank all the staff the helps us on our stay, from Saturday 25th to Sunday 26th. Both Jose’s and Meheem were absolutely amazing. My daughter was unwell when we arrived in LA and we had a longhaul flight back home to Sydney the next day on Sunday. Our check out was meant to be at 11am on Sunday and due to my daughter’s state we needed to extend our check out multiple times. And all staff during that time where very helpful and understanding of the situation. They let me extend the check out various times without pressure and all ways having us as a priority. Yes, we needed to pay for it which is totally understandable but they were very clear, accommodated and providing us with flexible options. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding customer service. And surely next time I’m in LA, this hotel will always come at the top of my head. Have stayed in other big global known chain hotels in LA and none get closer to the level of service of this one. On behalf of my daughter and I please thank this beautiful staff personally.

We liked the location, close to attractions we visited, property was clean and felt very safe, had a little store on property, breakfast was good and last but not least the hotel staff was so nice and professional from check in through check out. we come to LA alot and will most definitely stay here again as long as the price is right. oh yeah. the price for parking was very inexpensive compared to some of the other hotels in the area

The pool times could be longer maybe to 11pm for those of us that have day activities scheduled and might not return until after 8pm.

The pool is a mid-roof pool. 2nd floor rooms are on the same level as the pool and look directly at anyone swimming. Swimmers also look right into the 2nd floor rooms. Request a 3rd or 4th floor room for privacy. Not a great hotel for walking places or food options on foot. Couple of fast food restaurants across the street and 7-11, but other eateries (McDonald's, Dennys, Thai, American Grill at Westin) are at least a 10 minute walk to the right on W Century Blvd (if facing 7-11) as you exit the hotel in a Dirty area of town. Would not recommend walking this area in the evening. Can order Delivery to hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Suites Hotel near LAX and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean with excellent bedding. There was a bit of street noise, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, we slept well. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast was good and the service really stood out. Parking isn’t free, but it’s affordable and secure, which gave us peace of mind. All in all, a solid and comfortable stay—I definitely recommend it!

Earlier this year, my daughter and I stayed down the street at the LAX Hilton for a convention that was happening there. The stay at that property cost more money than the stay at this property did, but let me tell you… this hotel is WAY BETTER for the lower cost! 😄 The suite/bathroom here is nicer, more updated, and cleaner. The closet is larger. The mini fridge is much larger and already included—at the Hilton, we had to request one and there was an extra charge for it!?! 🙄 Plus, there is a microwave already included. There was no in-room microwave already available for the Hilton stay. Oh yeah… the pool is nicer than the Hilton’s and the parking is less expensive and way easier to navigate with no-hassle in-and-out privileges. So, in comparing the two in the same area, I would definitely stay at this Best Western again over the Hilton anytime! 👍🏼

The property has an ATM machine which is good.

I kept waiting at the LA airport for 3 long hours. Emailed to the property every 15-20 minutes but no response. Then I had to request a stranger to call up the property after which they sent me the shuttle. And the irritating fact is that I had booked this hotel for shuttle facility only. Unlike others who has shuttle reaching the airport every 15mins, this property sends the van on call. Foreign Guests like me, who carried no phone calling facility in USA, how can he/she call up the hotel for shuttle?? The property doesn't mention in booking.com or in other platforms that it sends shuttle on request only. Ugliest part is that the hotel charges 20$ for shuttle.

Very Close to airport

Only part of the building that didn’t smell like weed was the lobby. Lobby doors were broken so security had to stand there to open and close it. Shuttle doesn’t run 24 hours. We had a 6am flight and they called to reserve us a taxi - that never showed up. (no fault to the hotel) We had to scramble at 3am to find another ride.
