Breakfast was manned by a very personable gent. the room was spotless. Bedding very comfortable. Parking in front of the room convenient for unpacking and good to keep an eye on the vehicle.

Too many little things didn't work. No HDMI to directly charge phone. Wall outlet had a ground prong broken off in it so I couldn't plug the computer into it. Breakfast food selection run of the mill. Coffeemate pump bottle needs to be refrigerated. It had gone bad.

My husband said he liked the breakfast selections. The lobby was very inviting. The desk people were great.

I had to clean some toothpaste off a wall by the sink, something ? off the side wall by the bed and clean around the back of the toilet seat. I usually try not to look too closely to a hotel room, but I couldn't miss these things.

Visiting outside with other dog owners and their dogs . Pleasant.

Eggs and sausage really bad . Couldn’t eat either. Biscuit with gravy ok . Small waffle ok BUT —— NO SUGARFREE SYRUP for us type II diabetic —- which is a sizable percentage of the American public —- properly at least 20% . Coffee good . Other items all acceptable

This property is being completely refurbished. They are doing an excellent job with the completed rooms. The work in progress did not impede our visit The pool area looked lovely and I was only disappointed that the weather precluded a trip in for a swim. We enjoyed our comfortable beds, lovely hot showers and warm breakfast.

The bed was very plush and comfortable. The furniture and the carpeting in the room looked new. The bathroom had been updated and the shower was terrific.

The outside of the hotel did not give a hint that the room inside was beautiful. The outside of the hotel looks a little shabby. There are only a few places in the area to get dinner and they were crowded. The area has closed businesses and closed hotels. The area looks a bit down on its luck.

I stayed for one night during my trip. The hotel serves its purpose as a motel, close to the expressway, comfortable and safe, with a standard breakfast to continue the trip. The hotel was undergoing renovations, though it wasn't a problem for me, but perhaps it would be for longer-stay guests.

Right off of 95 so easy point to take a break from traveling. Outside pool is great to unwind.

Going thru a total restoration so a bit messy but nothing that disturbed my stay. The new smell was in the room from the flooring/ adhesive so some off gassing but it wasn’t overwhelming.

It was not a bad stay at all the beds are okay and the shower is okay but the floors with carpet are dirty they turned my feet black like I had grocery store feet. But all in all wasn't to bad.

The pool is okay and the front desk people are nice and they work you in and have you ready pretty quick. Good service and good people.

We stayed in a king suite with our toddler. The rooms have us plenty of space after driving for 12 hours. Shower pressure and temp were good. There was a TV in the bedroom and in the living area.

The bedding had a stain on it and it took a while to get a replacement. The couch was a bit hard and uncomfortable to.lounge on but once I put a pillow there to lean on it was better.

Lots of green space for a dog. Decor in lobby was stunning. Very clean. I wish all Best Western looked like this one. Breakfast was great had everything including eggs and sausage. Stayed in a remodel room and it was great

Nothing
