Great location, very comfortable room. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We had to leave a couple of days early when we found out our daughter had gone into labor in Fort Collins, so we had to leave in the afternoon well after the checkout time. The hotel certainly was entitled to charge us for that night but it didn't - just congratulated us on the imminent arrival of our grandson. In our rush to leave, I left my laptop in our room, and the staff was great about getting it back to us. We visit Boulder fairly often and we will be back here!

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and offerings. Bed was super comfortable. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked well kept.

small thing, I asked for a wake up call at 3:45 to get to the bus/ airport and I woke up at 3:30 and just got up. The call didn't come. When I went downstairs at 4:00 she said. "oh, I tried to call you twice and it said unavailable. I was going to go up and knock on the door, but didn't" tell the front desk that if someone asks for a wakeup call, maybe remind them to check that their phone is working and "on" and not silenced.

This is such a comfortable, well-designed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are so much bigger than comparably priced options—with a sectional couch, built in desk, dresser and wardrobe. There are convenient charging outlets—easy to work or hang out in the room peacefully. The beds are new, firm and high quality. In the lobby, they serve drinks from a friendly lobby bar where you can watch the game or The Weather Channel. Comfy booths and seating all over, a pool, spa, workout facility, even fresh cookies at night. And the breakfast is reasonably priced at $11 with a nice array of freshly prepared items. Really one of the best stays in recent memory.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is super awesome, helpful and everyone we encountered was just so nice. Check in was great and we really appreciated the hand made hot chocolate bar (super festive and fun!) and the little note with tips about the hotel. The bartender was very friendly and patient, even though we were very indecisive. The pool was super clean and well kept, and so was our room. Also free cookies, who doesn't love warm cookies??? Honestly, I am an alum/former resident and was in town to see friends so I know Boulder really well. I'm really glad I stayed here, it's easy enough to Uber anywhere in Boulder but opposite direction from "The Hill" (which usually has a bunch of fun loving, loud hooligans). I'd recommend this if you want a quieter stay in general. Whole Foods and Target are also within a short 5 minute walk, so if you forget something you can pop over.

This has nothing to do with the hotel staff or condition, just a small note about the listing. I really wish I knew about the parking ahead of time, Booking.com states "parking on site" but unfortunately it's either paid street parking via ParkMobile or a $25 garage that's a bit away. It's not the worst but I wouldn't inherently call it on site parking. Just a heads up to folks traveling by car out of town.

Cleaning the room every day was fantastic!

Parking was hard to find on the street, and when we found parking, it was a 2-3 blocks away, and we had to keep adding $ to the meter. We stayed for a week, so this was a big inconvenience. And the garage parking price is way too expensive! $25 a day??!!??!!!! When there are almost no options, this is a deal breaker. We will keep coming to see our son in Boulder, but we will not be staying at your hotel because of the expensive parking.

Kind staffs Nearby there are some big grocery stores like “Whole food market”.

Sometimes,Air conditioning make some noise. I had ask to reception and technician came to room and checked. He said it is normal. I checked with my friends who had stayed the other hotels in Boulder. I think all hotels in Boulder need to change air conditioning system. It seems to be old.

10/10 for the breakfast which was fresh, delicious and had plenty of options including oat milk for my lactose- free daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was modern and very clean. The hotel had everything we needed or wanted due our stay.

Parking was an extra daily fee. We would have liked a free hotel shuttle to the downtown / pedestrian section of Pearl Street (which was a 40 minute walk).

I love the staff! They are so incredibly friendly and always make me feel at home. The room was comfortable, and I requested a bathtub which they were able to accommodate. I will absolutely be coming back soon.

Some of the rooms on the lower levels have a view of construction and the apartment complex in front of them. I would have loved a room with a view of the flatirons. I do believe the hotel has them, but the combination of a bathtub and a view of the flatirons is difficult due to the arrangement of the hotel.

Location was good. Close to pearl street mall (5 min by car). Just less than a minute by car from the basic shopping stores (Target, Rei, barnes & nobles etc). Close to the highway that gets you on your way to denver, eldorado state park and flatirons.

No in room safe; had to store the valuables through the front desk. No free parking space.

Hotel was clean and good location.

There was a Fire alarm at 1am and we were outside for more than an hour sitting on the curb while the Fire Department managed a gas leak. When I asked the desk about some sort of accommodation for our inconvenience I was told to "call back in a week and talk to a manager."
