Hotel was great, we got there right as it closed. room was clean and bed was made, shower was nice and hot for me and my partner. Night staff was nice but morning staff seemed unhappy, which is fair id be gloomy too if I woke up at like 4-5.

Didnt get breakfast, couldnt spend anymore money. Hotel was great room was nice and clean but temperature was at 60 when we got there. Its winter at this time so my partner was cold. It woulda been nice to park near the hotel instead of down a street. Paid about 160 some dollars and we wouldve had to pay for parking too. Same with any food or drinks but thats just boulder for ya. Anyways Like I said it was a great stay.

Great location to get to Pearl quickly by foot or scooters which were super easy and affordable to rent all over the city. Room was spacious with good bath amenities, liked that they had a microwave and fridge. The tvs had Chromecast which was really nice to stream our own subscriptions.

The pool is in the Embassy Suites next door so we didn't end up using it, and I wish it had a hot tub! The bathroom shower floor looked very worn down compared to rest of room. The ice machines are motion sensors that don't work so filling buckets and water bottles was crazy making.

The main things that are important to me during a hotel stay are comfort and cleanliness. I have high standards when it comes to these two things, and the hotel met my expectations. The room was both comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed with the amount of light in the room. Our room overlooked the courtyard, so it was not possible to have the curtains open all the time. The lamps provided limited light in the room.

Clean, great/stylish/updated decor, fantastic common areas, friendly staff.

On one hand location has many conveniences - walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants; however, these are more 'strip mall' stores and it will require a car/taxi/Uber to reach Pearl Street Mall and CU. Trade-off is clean and modern hotel at a more affordable rate than some of the lodging options closer to Pearl Street Mall and CU.

One staff member wasn’t helpful when I checked in early. Said there were no rooms available until check in time and she “guessed” I could use the pool and facilities. Just by happen stance another staff member knew we were waiting on a room and got us checked in. This was about 20 min after we got told no the first time.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The common areas are lovely (nice fire pits in the evening). Appreciated the complimentary cans of water and coffee in the morning. Very quiet.

Housekeeping is very minimal. Beds are made but not much more (although our towels were changed daily and we had plenty of them). The gym is also very small.

Excellent location and amazing decor, cleanliness and facilities.

My one complaint is that parking is difficult for customers driving high profile vans such a a Sprinter. The Sprinter is too tall for the underground parking and street side parking is limited and requires alot of driving around the area looking for a parking spot.

Coffee in lobby was nice. Bed was comfortable. Lots of big box retail nearby.

More healthy choices in the snack bar area... such as fruit, milk . The wallpaper in the rooms was horrible. Parking gates did not work the entire time we were there.

Canyon Cafe was closed on 2 of the 7 nights, so I had to go over to Embassy Suites. As a long time Hilton Honors member that is unacceptable.

Staff was lovely. Check in was amazing.

Run down. We only had hot HOT HOOOOT water the first two days. The shower was broken. I called and it was fixed. The bathroom sink drain was broken and wouldn’t drain. Sheets and comforter were very worn with piles. That said they were still comfortable, but not what’s expected for the price.
