Location (easy to get to and from) and close-by amenities (Tap and Burger, Lions Discount Liquor, Lowe's, etc) were ideal for our needs. Room service breakfast from the on-site restaurant Famille was delicious and fast - which was perfect for our early morning starts (call in at 7a - delivered in 10 mins tops). My husband and I split an entree - so for less than $20 including tip - it was much, much better than any fast food in the car on the way option we might have had to opt for - not to mention excellent quality and delivered to our door conveniently. I'd take that any day over a free mediocre hotel breakfast, honestly. The room was spacious, nice-looking and well-appointed - Nespresso coffee machine was great - decent size mini-fridge too. No microwave though - might have been a nice touch for warming leftovers. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows, good black-out curtains, simple but comfy seating options. Strong, easy-to-adjust AC, ceiling fan and plenty of lighting options. Shower was a dream with it's high pressure and easy-to-use temp toggle. Really liked the wide deep sink - but oddly the water pressure at that station was light and the faucet fixture was loose and lopsided - so that stood out in contrast with all the other good, well set up things - but it still worked fine. Plenty of nice fluffy towels and quality pre-filled pump type toiletries - at counter and in the shower - were great. Big counter and plenty of places to put your "stuff" in the bathroom was much appreciated. With all that quality, the toilet paper was not really up to the same standard; a little upgrade there would be appreciated. The free and well-lit parking lot - seemed (and proved to be) very safe and the overall area seemed really safe as well. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant - Thank You. Great choice for a hotel if you are in the area and I would gladly stay there again.
I mentioned a couple of suggestions on improvement in my "like" comment above - definitely not deal breakers - mostly little things that could easily be addressed.

The location was convenient, with free parking. Comfortable beds and nice restaurant.
We arrived back one evening after a long day of helping our son move to discover that we were locked out of our room by the safety latch. While someone was able to let us in, apparently the cleaning staff had been locked out as well. Ideally someone would have fixed the problem and tidied our room at that point, rather than leaving it for us to deal with when we returned. It also would have been nice to have more seating in the room besides the desk chair.

The property was absolutely wonderful and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. However, the best part of the stay, and I wish I would’ve gotten his name, was the front desk person who checked me in the night of July 23rd around 11 pm! He was by the far the friendliest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! He was so helpful with parking and was an absolute joy to talk to.
No complaints!

It is very convenient with food options close to it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.
Bed was not the most comfortable but I got used to it after the first night. No iron in room - but they do provide if you ask for one, they have a handheld steamer in the room but it doesn’t do the trick and it blew crusty particles on my shirt. Bathroom sink doesn’t easily drain due to the design.

The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times, both in the hotel and the restaurant. We enjoyed the fitness center - very important to all three of us. The whole facility was immaculate and cleverly designed/decorated. Location was easy to find and handy to major thoroughfares. The coffee shop across the street is excellent, too!
It was a little difficult to navigate getting from the back parking lot to the front desk on a lower level, when we had one person with mobility issues. We finally learned how to do it with one of the elevators when it as time to leave.

The room is what it is expected for a solo traveler. It's close to Akihabara Arcade & Bar, which why I book this hotel. Great to rest for 3 nights.
Have a bigger trash bin underneath the table. The split trash bins bags are easy to come off by shoving things down without effort. The bigger the trash bin, the bigger the space for disposable items.

This is such a fun, well-maintained, well-staffed hotel to stay at! The second you walk into the lobby, you can tell how clean and stylish everything is. They have a hanging light fixture from the ceiling that utilizes old movie reels, and there's a bright red telephone booth on display to tie them to their UK location. The floors are clean, the air smells fresh, and it is just such an inviting space! This extends to the service at the front desk 100%. My interactions with the night auditor, as well as the 2 desk agents the following morning, were very pleasant and efficient. You can tell the staff here are all well-trained professionals, but not to the point of being robotic and stiff. All 3 individuals I interacted with were so sweet and pleasant, and immensely helpful in offering dining suggestions in the surrounding area. Checking in and out and getting information on parking were all a total breeze! My husband and I booked one of the king rooms with a mountain view, and gosh, it had to be one of the most stylish hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The entire room is so, so spacious, including our bathroom. (I know details like this matter to some folks, so I'll drop here this particular room was a really huge and clean standing shower, no attached tub). I've also seen other reviews mention the sinks? They're like, flat shaped, sure, but we had no problems with ours draining at all. But the room itself, so cool! The ceilings are tall, high-vaulted ceilings and our window was a full wall-length one that did offer incredible views of the distant mountains...over a suburban area, sure, but nice all the same lol. I love that the room has dark wood floors instead of the usual carpet, it's really sharp. They also included a very bright and colorful Keurig machine and mini fridge, and the TV was a great size and positioned right in front of the bed where it should be. What is up with those hotels that place them at a side angle, you know?
My one complaint about the room, and I didn't dock anything from the overall score because this might have been on me not knowing how to turn it off, is that the lights for the main room are motion activated. So imagine how fun it was to get up for the restroom at like 3 AM and get blinded by the lights- Not just me, but my husband who had been dead asleep. Again, there miiiight have been a way to turn this off from the switch but I was too tired and blind to really check at the time, and had forgotten by the morning.

Room and bathroom were beautiful and huge. You can easily walk to 3 different spots to get breakfast. Quiet at night. The parking is not really a problem anymore.
Room cleaning is my real issue here: it's 2023 and any hotel in this price range that asks the guests to stop by at the reception to ask for housekeeping services is just trying to cut costs is the worst way. If it's for the environment (even making the bed?) then let's start with the A/C, it's always freezing in the room. Water pressure was very good but it took a while to get hot water (in July, 4th floor) and the mini fridge had a bad smell.

Nice location- not a ton of things in walking distance but there was easy access
The atrium from the parking lot to the elevator smelled kinda bad. Also housekeeping only comes when requested-they will not enter your room unless you ask. Which isn’t necessarily “bad” but at times it would have been nice.

Loved how nice the staff were, the accommodations were so nice and the rooms are new and well kept. Loved the location as well, there was a lot to do and eat in walking distance. Rooms were quiet and the Mountain View was totally worth it!
No complaints, literally.
