All staff we encountered were friendly, efficient—great customer service. Free breakfasts were tasty and with eggs and nice selections, and convenient. Kaitlyn, the housekeeper on third floor, was very friendly and very efficient. From room 309, the view of the Denver City (high-rise buildings) in the distance was so nice. Bedding, mattress, pillows all very comfortable. Nice wood dressers and desk. Refrigerator and microwave were good. Parking was free, convient, with spaces big enough to park the SUV. Conveniently located next to SaltGrass STEAKHOUSE Will stay here again. Will recommend it to friends.

That people smoke cigarettes right outside front entry door, so you have to smell smoke going in/outside. Perhaps a designated outdoor smoking area with bench and ashtray could be placed farther away from main entry door.

It was clean, the Queen beds & pillows were comfortable, the breakfast selection was good, the food was hot & tasty! My 5 grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool, my puppy was allowed to stay with my husband and I! Our rooms were cleaned and restocked every other day. Our room had a microwave and fridge! The Hotel is near restaurants and shopping! Richard at the front desk was wonderful, informative, and helpful!

The spa was out of order! My puppy wasn’t allowed in the pool area although he was inside an enclosed crate. I couldn’t leave him by himself in the room because he was crying so I had to stay with him and miss my granddaughters birthday pool party.

Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was a little runny, but overall, a good breakfast. Location was good.

Location was good, but getting in and out of the property was awkward; not the hotel's fault. City of Westminster laid out the streets.

Breakfast was terrible. Bread was stale and the orange actually had mold on it. The scrambled eggs didn’t even resemble eggs. Either save your money and don’t offer a free breakfast, or actually spend the money to provide decent unspoiled food.

The room was great, and the shower head was taller than me.

Booked the room since the hotel has a pool and spa, I asked about it to double check up on checking in. I wasn't informed the spa was out of order, and that was the selling point for us to book a room there.

The service was wonderful. Every employee greeted me as they went by, asked how things were. I really appreciated the positive interaction. The location was very convenient for me as well. A real fridge that functioned!

The property is a little old and tired. There were water stains on the ceiling and around the mirrors. The windows in the room were so small, very little light came in. The desk could have really used a task lamp, as most of the window was blocked by the fridge/microwave stand and all the lights in the room were on the opposite wall. It was pretty dark for working.

The breakfast and the room size

The reason why we originally reserved as we were coming in from out of state and staying 5 days and reserved the premium king so we could take advantage of the drinks and snacks. And finally by Wednesday the shipment finally came. The use of the pool..... was not very appealing as it looked very dark and uncirculated water The housekeeping, we put our towels our and trash and not one day did they personally replenish we had to go to desk everyday.

The staff was great. I want to give a shout out to Felix, who was both friendly and eager to help in any way he could.

Fire alarm went off at 6:38 AM, but not a deal-killer. Shower leak hit the alarm.

Everything was pretty great overall. The staff was so extremely nice! The room was clean, bed was comfortable 😌

the room did not get cool it seemed like the air-conditioning was that great! And the tile in the pool area is really dangerous my son fell a couple times I almost busted my butt as well. The hot was closed and that wasn't noted ahead of time

I believe he told me his name was Richard. He was awesome, I’ve actually never had such a welcoming experience checking in to a hotel. He is great at his job and was very good at offering and educating me on how to become a member.
