I had a great experience at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The pool was perfect for my daughters—they had a wonderful time! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the free parking for cars was a great convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

One particular issue occurred the day before we left when the room wasn’t cleaned, and the beds were not made. While it may have been an error, it gave us the impression that there was no need to clean the room because we were leaving the next day. This made us feel a bit overlooked.

The breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out wasn’t bad. Quiet, elevators were fast, rooms were clean. Breakfast until 10 on the weekends so we didn’t have to rush the teenage boys to get up. Or was great.

Nothing. Everything was great.

The breakfast was a good provision. The hot food was not the best quality, but it was acceptable. The fresh fruit was very good and the selection of cereal and bagels & toast were good as well. The best part of having a breakfast provided is the community it creates. We met and interacted with so many people from all over. Conversation and sharing a meal with other people is what makes life beautiful. Please never stop bringing people together in this manner.

The only thing I noticed that needed more attention was the 2 large flower pots at the entry door. They have been placed under the covered drive/entry. This is not a good place for them. They looked to be in desperate need of water. It would be a better placement to have them near the trash cans and out in the open. Also, a bench would have been nice. Many people, including us, were waiting for rides and someplace to sit outside would have been ideal. Perhaps a nice bench with the big flower pots to the right of the entrance would be very inviting.

I liked the tasty potatoes with scrambled eggs, and sausage links. I also liked that host were patient and had a professional way with the service at the front desk. I liked that the establishment was next to a trail and could walk and sit under a tree. I liked that there were shopping stores near by.

What i didn't like was the $75 flat fee for a one night to have my dog stay with me. I had to pick up my dog early from my dog sitter due to leaving earlier than my checkout time.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of great options and wonderful fresh fruit. 1000% improved over the breakfasts they served the last time I stayed here 3 years ago. The rooms are very clean and extremely quiet. Love all the comfortable gathering space for bigger groups such as the fire pit area and the lobby and bar area offer lots of comfortable seating too. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby if I forgot something.

Can’t think of anything that could be better.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was a little tight. Small place for lots of people but was able to find a seat and visit with others. Did like the walking path that went right by the hotel. Right off the hwy. Nice drive to get to Boulder and the surrounding places of interest.

Could have had a few restaurants in the proximity of the three large hotels all together in that area. One gas station/convenient store one block over.

Really clean rooms, no pet fee, and very high quality breakfast

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Place in Westminster! After a week of small motels around Colorado we felt like we were in a luxury hotel when we checked into the Hyatt Place. The rooms and common areas are clean, the are is safe with lots of shopping and restaurants, and the beds are comfy.

Would have been nice to have an outdoor pool, but we knew that they didn't going into the reservation. Also would be great to have coffee and tea available downstairs during the day and evening, but the front desk staff easily accommodated our request for tea that evening.

The breakfast was good. One of the staff asked me if she could help me and I told her I was looking for a luggage cart. She told me she would check the floors and find one and bring it to our room, which she did in short order. She's a keeper.

There were two elevators and one was out of commission. I was told by someone who had been staying there for weeks for his job that the elevator had been out the whole time. That's a critical part of the stay experience. It must have been a part that you can only get from some far flung overseas supplier.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast in the morning had good options. I would definitely book here again.

Nothing comes to mind regarding things I did not like. I only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and the area felt safe. There was no charge to park in the lot which was nice and the location was close to my event.
