The hotel was very nice- clean and updated. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is in a nice area- very safe- we were able to go on long walks each morning. It is in an area where there are a lot of office parks and condos, but it is convenient as a base to do all things CO. We did a trip to Pike's Peak, RMNP, Boulder- it was a good central location and then we came back and spent the late afternoon / evening at the pool.

The ONLY negative was the one machine at the gym I wanted to use was broken- the Stairmaster step climber.

The staff was really nice, the room was spacious and cozy. I really loved the decor!

Our particular bathroom door handle did not lock, and the fan didn't work. The pool next to the hot tub was out of service, which was a huge bummer because my daughter was looking forward to swimming close to me while I sat in the hot tub. We made it work, though. We did order breakfast one morning, and bacon was very tough like leather. These are all minor issues that would not stop us from staying here again. The staff hospitality, hotel decor, and comfortable room more than made up for it.

Interlocken's location is great (15 min to Boulder), close to public transportation, and the resort has a shuttle. The staff is top-notch, friendly, and knowledgeable. Interlocken has beautifully appointed rooms, two huge pools, a hot tub, coffee shop, tap room, and a restaurant that are all on-site and excellent. There are daily activities for kids and guests from yoga and snow cones to movie night by the pool. It is not inexpensive, but you get everything you want or could ever need for that price. Huge pool towels at the pool and a modern workout area. The maid service is excellent every day, all day. Good food and wide selection of craft beers. Oh, they have golf, too! When in Boulder, I will never stay anywhere else. KM

Summer vacation. Late sunset, so Friday Movie Night started late. The volume was still loud till 9:45. Not a deal breaker.

The spa and pool were closed on the last three days of our stay. No prior notice given. We chose this hotel (and have in the past) due to these specific amenities. Unfortunate and very disappointed. Also they are currently updating. Bad paint smell on our floor entire stay. Lastly, our favorite in hotel breakfast/coffee shop was closed. Maybe due to renovation (?)

Even though this is a high-class/nicer hotel, my wife and I found a deal for our anniversary. We were treated no differently than any other person. Clean, comfortable, and restaurants on-site. Loved this place

The restaurants were on the expensive side. Was a little disappointed I couldn't afford an $80 pedicure treatment 😊 loved the HEATED pool & hot tub, but it snowed a bit. We chose not to go outside on that day

Very friendly and helpful staff! Also excellent housekeeping. Loved the heated pools. Very relaxing and private. Loved the bar and restaurants at the resort. A very impressive work out area too with a wonderful view

Loved everything- I could live there 😀 I do wish that breakfast was included in the price or maybe a discount at the restaurant while staying there

The staff were very courtesy and attentive. Devin our waiter was very polite and friendly. The food was very good at the hotel restaurant. Our room was very nice and the facilities at the hotel were nice as well.

When we first arrived a chair and ottoman had stains in i. However when I contacted the front desk about the stains they immediately moved us to a nicer room and were most apologetic about it.

Pools are awesome! Our room was clean and updated with modern decor. Staff were very friendly and willing to correct anything not right.

Would have liked more transparency on the one restaurant being under construction as well as the pool bar being closed for season. Was just a little disappointed but didn’t ruin our stay.

The staff was excellent, very well behaved and the best part was their parking was free and very easy to get to the parking lot.

Two things I did not like. The first one is the location, it was too far from the attractions and also from the downtown. Next one was the in-room electric ports to connect laptop or charging cables.

Spacious rooms and hotel grounds. We really liked the room decor and layout, especially the little booth and table. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub each day of our stay. They were heated well enough to swim for an hour even with chilly, high winds.
