Very clean rooms and easy access. My wife is disabled and accessing the room was quick and easy. Not a lot of traffic around the facility; very quiet around. This was a VERY pleasant aspect. In a very nice office complex area (quite pretty!). Provided quick, convenient access to Boulder.

The ceiling was paper-thin, and we heard people above us throughout the night. The front desk closed at 10 p.m. and we were not able to alert them to this problem. But once we were asleep, everything was good. The desk staff was very nice.

They are honest and friendly. The guests seem happy. Really good minimalist accommodations with no frills and nothing missing. There is a vending machine with reasonable prices and no coffee or anything extra. Beautiful sunset.

Parking did get tough late at night, yet really not impossible. The neighborhood is an industrial park with a lot of regulations and the closest food was a long ways.

The staff was nice, professional.

I booked and paid for a 2nd week, asked that my room be cleaned while I was gone, and that I would return around 3.. I left at 10:30 am (normal checkout is 11) and returned at 3(normal check in time) with my pet-by my room hadn't been cleaned.I feel bummed that I was charged 50$ cleaning fee and didn't get my room cleaned. I received clean linens and towels, toilet paper, but had to make my own bed, and toilet and shower didn't get cleaned.

Extended-stay hotel. Room had everything I needed, except dishes to cook with. Made do with frozen dinners. Otherwise great value for money. Would use again.

The lack of cookware was a little inconvenient; what is the point of the cooktop?

This is a really nice facility.

You can hear a lot if there is a floor above you and even for the people right next to you. Also, while many of the stuff were amazing and nice, there were some staff who were very negative and unprofessional.

The property is centrally located to lots of food and stores. It’s quiet and clean. Melissa was exceptional and everyone was very friendly.

I have no complaints

The day shift has got it going on. They are extremely helpful and extremely nice. They are understanding and so far have made my stay comfortable.

I didn't like how the old timers that stay there kind of click up but there's been a few friendly people

I like that my studio has a fridge and a kitchen. I enjoy that very much. Makes mealtime much simpler.

The police presence is a little overwhelming at times.

It is clean and maintained, easy parking and access, location close to Boulder and many other things in Denver, good value

The shower experience was bad, the curtains are short and you cannot control the water pressure so you end up with a mess of water after each shower

Animals allowed, so you can still smell it.
