Great location.. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had fantastic food and very reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking available even for my big truck . There was live music creek side that was an added bonus. No complaints at all . I would recommend staying at this property to any one that enjoys staying in nice hotels . The Golden Hotel was perfect !

This hotel is an absolute gem in a fantastic location on the main street and overlooking the creek with amazing views into the mountains. The staff are welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The hotel is absolutely immaculate with large comfortable rooms. We were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a creek view suite which was absolutely delightful. I really can't recommend the Golden Hotel enough.

Great location right next to the river. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Coors visit etc. Good staff who were always friendly.

Drinking water in room tasted of chemicals. Bottled water available but in plastic bottles. Would prefer clean fresh water.

The location was the first thing that really stood out, but the staff when we checked in really set the tone for our stay-super friendly and helpful! We loved the room when we got in and continued to love it our whole stay. The staff at the bar and restaurant was equally friendly. We really appreciated the close proximity to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown Golden area. We definitely plan to return!

I would rather have had king beds rather than queen beds, but that's a minor quibble.

I liked the location in the center of Golden and the room size were very comfortable for us. Check in and out was easy and smooth. Staff was in general very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the Golden Hotel.

Housekeeping could improve and the breakfast menue, which has for european taste only a few options after 4 nights.

It was nicely located in the middle of the city where all the shops and restaurants are. It’s also close to the river so you can have a nice view while eating at the hotel restaurant. The front desk staff were really polite and friendly. They gave us some complimentary cupcakes because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Amazing in every aspect. Location, staff, facilities, everything was amazing. We stay at many different hotels during our annual vacation in the west. This hotel by far is the one we look forward to staying in

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was minimal and mostly carborific but totally satifactory. The location was perfect for a walk into the main part of town.

The location was outstanding and the room was very spacious. There were lots of outlets for charging various items. The food in the restaurant was tasty.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable.
