i didn';t catch the name of the front girl who checked us in but she was absolutely amazing!!!!! so helpful and friendly and everytime she saw us she stopped and talked to us offered suggestions of thing to do while there, our concert we flew there for got cancelled literally as we checked in and her empathy was great and she offered so many suggestions of things to do so that was great and she was amazing. all the staff were great

the bed was a very firm matress unlike what we have at home so at times that was bad. our room 207 was unfortunately directly above the kitchen which was SOOOO BAD! every morning at 5:30-6 the banging began with the staff getting breakfast ready. i was woken up super early every morning which was terrible. there needs to be better sound proofing between the kitchen and room 207. i know the kitchen staff is just doing thier job so i can't blame them

I left my coat at the hotel. I called the staff and they retrieved the coat and took care of it for 3 days.

Excellent breakfast overall. A good value. I liked the yogurt, the cereal, and the muffins. The wait staff at breakfast was very personable and professional. I would stay there again if I had to. The location was in a good spot close to Colorado Mills Mall and other Denver locations.

The hotel could not locate my reservation when I checked in. The desk clerk was extremely ambigious at first. I had to call Booking.com to resolve the matter. The hotel gave water and sodas for my room.

The comfort of the bed and clealiness of the room, the facilities were well maintaned and everything looked new! It was a great stay.

The breakfast was a regular breakfast with not many options. For the budget lodging it was ok, but from what I saw for the room and structure I hoped for a nicer breakfast. The location was perfect for my work, but a little far from downtown Golden.

Nice location. Only 10 minutes from downtown Golden! The woman at the front desk during the day was SO kind!

Breakfast has potential. All the eggs were burnt. I know how difficult this job is to get correct -- I used to do it myself. However, burnt egg omelets should be tossed for nice ones, even if it's 8:50 and breakfast eggs in 40 minutes. This is especially important if the hotel is anything like my old one where the staff would come down for food the last 15 minutes of breakfast. Cleanup < People.

Great bed and pillows and bathroom. Loved the breakfast and the location close to all the activities!! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi too!

A fan in the bathroom would be nice and we propped open the door by the pool to sit outside. It would be nice to have an outdoor patio by the pool. The AC was a little noisy too

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The breakfast offerings were more than expected! Staff was very nice & helpful especially the woman who worked mornings.

Room cleaning schedule. We weren't informed about it and we were disappointed after 2 days of no cleaning. We used all of our towels and when asked for more there was some hesitation but we did receive them. I suggest explaining the cleaning schedule at check in.

Bed was 'jello-jiggly' so we were aware of any changes of position during the night. Could hear hallway sounds in our room. Aircon compressor is noisy, sounds like heavy rain at times and then like feet swishing across carpet at others.

The breakfast was very good ! the omelettes were great. the attendance were very helpful and courteous.

The elevators sounded like they needed a little attention. Cables were popping making a popping noise. Other than that it was a great place.

Everything was very clean and the location was great!

We used the pull out sofa and there was not a blanket on the room for that bed. The room was tight with the sofa open. We had to move a bench to be able to get to the other side.
