The property was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Easy and quick check in and check out, and my $100 room deposit was refunded almost immediately! Thank you!

The shower curtain in Room 118 is too short/too high up. It barely touches the top of the shower tray, and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do (keep water in). We had to use all of our towels to clean up the water that puddled on the floor after we showered. Please fix this simple issue, because a puddle of water in a handicap bathroom is a recipe for disaster. The hot water in the shower took way too long to be warm enough to shower in.

I was nervous due to other reviews but room was very nice. Bed & pillows comfortable. Loved the Dove supplies. I was a single female in a room on 1st floor down the hall but felt very safe.

Charged me twice for my room. Be sure to check your cc for charges. I went to front desk immediately & he was kind & reversed one of the charges. If I didn’t catch they would have double charged me. Be aware. Extra charge & 100 deposit were both removed before it hit my cc bill but took about 5 days to get removed.

Hot tube not working! Told front desk my refrigerator wasn't working early Sat morning. Never sent anybody to check it out until I told them again after 7:00 PM Sat evening. It turned it wasn't plugged in. That could easily been taken care of in the morning! The room was never tidy up after Fri night! The breakfast needed more than bean and Chile burrito as a hot option.

Breakfast choices are problem. Coffee is bad. Had leak in bathroom when room above overfilled a sink which drained thru heat lamp in ceiling. Front desk busy with guest check in so got an old towel from them to mop up floor. Have stayed here several times. Why oh why do they persist in short sheeting tutor covers. I know I will have to release sheet and blanket so it will come up to my neck instead of mid chest. K

Beds and pillows were very comfy, the pool and hot tub were very clean, staff was absolutely awesome and super friendly, the shuttle service to Red Rocks was an amazing extra perk, and even the breakfast was good.

The location isn't the best, but I typically like to have bars in walking distance which they did not have. The door handle in the bathroom could be replaced.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Location good for Red Rocks. Looks a little sketchy, but no issues at all.

The man checking us in was not very welcoming. The breakfast was generic and not refilled often. But the rooms were worth it.

I was under the impression that breakfast was beginning at 6:30 but found it was only partially ready. There was a small sign on the warm offerings which indicated that they would be ready by 7 am.

Room was clean and as expected(king with living area). Lighting was adequate and lamps had USB ports Excessive light from hallway under the door required a towel to block it

Breakfast was cold with exception of ubiquitous waffle maker. Mini muffins packaged as 2 but were dry and stale. Bananas over ripe. Coffee was terrible. Signs stating they were still following Covid rules. Science proved Covid was not food borne so this part is nonsense. Guidelines that food be consumed in breakfast area may be valid for cleanliness but is rudely stated still referencing Covid. I have had full hot breakfasts in other hotels but have also run into limited selections like this to no offering despite advertising continental breakfast

The staff were great. So friendly and helpful with all my questions. I was greeted within 10 seconds of my arrival. Breakfast was fresh and good.

The odd smell in the hallways and stairs

Breakfast is still marginal. Coffee tastes burnt and bitter. Room, like so many motel rooms has unstable toilet seat. Needs reseating and tightning. Suggest couple times a year, every room needs adjustment.
