Great location and very quiet.. in my case, too quiet... not the hotels falt at all. I sleep with a fan on and need a little noise. So if you like a place where you hear nothing from other rooms or outside noises, this place is perfect. I ended up putting a noise app on my phone so I could " sleep with noise." Again, not hotels issue just mine. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great to talk to. This hotel LOVES pets!!! They have all kinds of things to make sure your fur baby is taken care of while you stay.

Didn't like - is not the correct way to set this example. Just mean the only small issue if u call it that. Was just that the towel holder behind the door must have broken or someone before us damaged it. There was a 3 - to 4-inch hole in the wall from it not being there. Also, the elevator on the 2nd floor had a few issues around the buttons , where there was damage to the wall. Again, they could still be waiting for it all to be repaired. They could be waiting for parts, and like I said, I am not complaining at all.

front desk ladies were very friendly and chatted while checking us in/out so there wasn't awkward silence. stef let us know about maintenance and renovation areas near our room and super friendly when we asked for a noon checkout. also had a restaurant next to the hotel and it was close to grocery store as well. we liked that it wasn't busy like downtown and easy to find after a long drive in. we'll stay here again for sure

the brief second we thought the room was haunted because one of the drawers kept opening. after our supernatural scare, the only thing missing was a bar of soap for the bathroom that we got from the front desk.

Very friendly and helpful. We asked for tea and coffee each day and were given what we asked for.

I don’t know why they charge for parking, but we had the reward membership so we didn’t have to pay. We asked for a new fitted sheet, but never got it; the one we had was old and severely pilled. The control on the heating never worked properly; we had to turn it to different positions to get it to come on or go off. The security deposit is way too much- $250!

We asked for a few things and they were able to provide them with out any extra cost. Extra bedding, dishwasher soap & ice.

The pull out sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Mattress is too thin but I guess that there is not much you can do about it. We were able to borrow a blow up mattress and put that on top of the sofa bed. Doing that worked out fine. There was no breakfast that I no of.

Washer and Dryer in room. Microwave and Fridge provided is nice. Love the kitchenette area. There was three of us and it fit our 3 suitcases. Bed are firm. Nice staff, and able to store luggage with them as we walked around before check in.

Not enough outlet, would need extension if more than 3 people. Full body mirror is by the door, a little inconvenient but its doable. Firm bed, and only one pillow each bed.

The kitchen provided necessary items to prepare breakfast. Appliances worked well. Good water pressure. Clean towels provided were replenished satisfactorily.

At least one room cleaning would have been good during our week long stay. We had to ask the front desk for linens and make up the pull out couch ourselves. The staff knew there were 3 persons in the reservation and should have prepared the pull out bed.

Great location, close to a walking trail for the dog. Easy on/off to 6. Restaurants and grocery stores close by also. The one bedroom suite was nice, having a place to sit without being on the bed and spacious with a dog. Kitchen space has everything you need to make meals. Had treats and poop bags for your pet at check in.

Being on the main floor was a little noisy, could hear the upstairs guests walking around and coming down the stairs. Would have liked a broom for the kitchen space. A fenced in dog play area would have been fabulous .

Our room was very nice , clean, everything needed in room. Did not see anywhere or anything showing where we could get food. Had to go out every night to pick up something.

Did not like I paid for room on line in advance for $304 was price paid. When I got there and checked on asked for ID and charge card I was paying on. Was then told oh never mind I see you have paid on line already and gave me key to room. I then the next morning seen a receipt sent to my email with a charge amount of. $590 which I will be calling to find out why ? Was never given any paperwork at sign in or check out . I will pay $304 quoted to me but no more if when I call and amount not removed I will call bank and have it removed for price I had already paid for online

The location was good and easy to navigate. Since it was a half a mile from the highway it was a very quiet place to stay. There are washing machines and dryers for your convenience and a small gym for a quick workout. The staff was professional and friendly.

There was no breakfast of any kind offered. I was required to pay a $5 parking fee that I didn't see listed on the booking site I used. I guess this keeps others that stay or live nearby from filling up the parking lot but Sonesta could just give you a parking pass to display for the stay for free since you are already paying for the room.

They wanted to charge $5 per day for parking, but said I could join their rewards program and not have to pay it. I think this policy is unnecessary. There’s a $250 security deposit they say you get back when you check out, but again, that is very steep and not realistic.
