There should be an option to book with breakfast included. The staff was excellent and, specifically, followed through on their promise to switch us to a double queen when it was available.

I didn't like the fact that we booked for a double queen room but were placed in a king room when we checked in. The complimentary "continental" breakfast that was provided (after we requested breakfast to compensate for the room debacle) was insufficient. It was awful, in fact. Additionally, the hotel should look into replacing the headboards that have worn away. Specifically, these are the padded leather(?) headboards that are way past their prime.

The front desk clerk, Aesha (sp?) was so welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. She actually ready the special requests in my booking and accommodated them. Every time I ran into her, she had a pleasant smile and greeting. The views of the city and the mountains are STUNNING. The exercise facility is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. It is more of a gym than just an exercise facility. The paid internet is OUTSTANDING and the business center is the best of any hotel. Computers, large conference table, sitting area, etc.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, safe. The pool was closed for renovations but that's totally understandable. I forgot my boots in the closet when I checked, one phone call and they had them waiting for me at the front desk. Very friendly, I absolutely loved my stay. Can't wait to stay there again.

Great location! Close to the highway, shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly when checking in. Loved the parking garage when the snow storm came in. Pool and weight room was great. Did not use the restaurant but looked very nice. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came by very morning to see if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Pillows were to soft for me but not a big deal.

Long way to the airport. The room was great - but the mattress had a huge indentation where folks sleep. Needs to be flipped, turned, or replaced.

The staff are super friendly, my room was very clean as well as the restroom. I like the location it’s right off the highway. Restaurants and shopping close by. I like the fact that there is a parking garage right under the hotel. I will definitely be back.

I have stayed here many times for work and pleasure. Always happy with our time here. Staff are nice, property is clean and the location is great for work trips (Federal Center), and shows at Red Rocks.

Two bummer things this trip was 50% of the parking lot being closed, limiting available parking, and no info provided by staff on parking alternatives. And the products provided in the shower were broken (pump bottles attached to the shower wall were both missing and broken pumps), and smelled like cheap men's cologne. I always travel with my own toiletries just in case, but typically like that Sheraton offers. Even if they body wash and shampoo were available and working the smell was so bad I would not have used them.

I did not like the breakfast. I have yet to find a breakfast I can eat. My whole family is plant-based, which means we do not eat animal products. Plus, we do not eat packaged, unhealthy foods. Everything out on the breakfast table was either animal based or very unhealthy. I think it would be a huge plus for Sheraton to start the hotel journey and begin to carry healthier meals we can all eat. The plant-based industry is huge and growing. We need some better food. Other than that, we loved the hotel. The pool was the best !!

The security of hotel ur have use card to her though side doors or elevators so not just anyone can walk up in hotel

Price was higher then when I booked it through booking . Com by over 30 bucks so when on budget vacation I didnt expect extra cost also for price its bummer we don't get any free snack or drinks up scale hotel but was hoping for small treat for kiddo and me . Most hotels have at least breakfast free ... so that sucked .

Nice, clean hotel. Bed is comfortable. Very convenient location, especially for Red Rocks. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast buffet was expensive for what is offered.
