Good breakfast you can include or not depending on the rate. Note the booking.com filter didn't exclude paid breakfast rates so make sure you check each room and don't assume the filter is only showing you free breakfast rates. That said the front desk went out of their way to make it right

Parking is NOT free! Even though we parked outside along the road in front, and not in any garage, the parking costs $15/day. This is not obvious in the room descriptions.

It’s beautiful in the lobby it has a bar and restaurant and is close to our destination they also offer shuttle within the vicinity. Beds are comfy too!

I don’t necessarily like that there is only two front entrances not in the back where the majority of the parking is. Outside also seems a little sketchy with the trash and people that hang around the back. The bathrooms are small and the water pressure is horrible.

The cleanliness was great, the room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. I felt safe, secure, and comfortable. Stayed here two times now and had the same great experience both times.

I hate the parking and the cost of a day pass in the parking garage. Hard to find a spot to park around the building (which is expected in a large city). But no other complaints besides that!

I did not know breakfast was not included in my booking. Didnt know there's such filter for breakfast op out when I booked but will look more closely next time. Bathtub has drainage problem in my room believed Rm 607 & I called to alert staff & request service but no one came fix it. There was no parking available when we returned late at night, but luckily Hotel has garage from the next building to accommodate overfills, little bit of walk but it's alright

The room was a little old and could use some TLC - drawers did not close properly, wall showed some signs of water damage. However, that did nothing to interfere with the comfort of the room, and the linens, bathroom, floors, and tabletops were all very clean.

It was clean and neat and the bed was excellent.

The entrance door wasn’t working well. It seemed like it had been broken into before. But it locked. Also I had chosen this hotel after I called to verify airport transport but on arrival was told there wasn’t any. They were nice enough to take me anyway.

Location, shuttle service to key places.

My shower wasnt working properly (water came out warm not hot) they didnt clean my room daily even though I requested it.

I love the front desk people they were so sweet I stayed there talk8ng to them a good 15 - 20 minutes!!

I was in a handicap room lol but it was a great stay i just felt like someone probably could have used that room.

There isn't a place to park for checking in. Parking in general was confusing until you checked in. Air conditioning in lobby area was not working.

For the price, great location and room was clean and updated.

My room faced Quebec so it was noisy for sleeping due to traffic
