The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast lady. She will brighten anyone's day :) The front desk people were also very nice. Thermostat controls were on point. Big fridge and microwave are great! King Sooper is right down the road on Alameda, to stock up on supplies. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Great little park across the street, "Union Square Park" for a morning walk. I used the pool and hot tub twice, which was also an excellent bonus to have available. I had a comfortable stay, and would recommend this place.

Bedding could have been a little better. Mattress was a little hard. The extra pillows were appreciated, but they were a little on the "too soft" side. But, those things are hardly worth mentioning. It was an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was very clean the staff was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was hot, fresh, clean. This was a total package stay. We will be back there on future trips passing through. We didnt stay long but it was perfect for the 4 days we did. I have to say there was a staff member named Patrick that was amazing. He needs to be recognized for his above professional standard of service. He was super polite, greeted us at every time we saw him. Checked on us and made sure his location was spotless. He was very enjoyable to speak with and we could tell he really loves where he works. He was engaged in making sure we were taken care of. For not knowing us from total strangers we felt like we have known him forever. He is an absolute asset to that location. I am not sure if this location and managers will see this review but I will make it a point to contact upper management to acknowledge this mans dedication to his job.

That our stay wasnt long enough.

The rooms include a kitchenette with all the amenities you would expect. The included breakfast had many options and was ample. We felt the rooms were well appointed with sufficient space for a week long stay. Not a cheap stay -- but on balance worth it.

When you pull into the lot the signage could be better. There are two hotels side by side -- both with Home in their names. This is the nicer of the two.

always clean. Came back to stay again after 1st time because we had a pet then but came back even though we did not have a pet because it was so nice and clean. liked the seperated bedroom

Only issue is fold out bed not very comfortable as expected.

Location and comfortable

Internet was slow and sometimes spotty, the TV had issues and wouldn’t change the channel correctly, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the electrical power in the bathroom would fluctuate. Having said all this I was offered a different room and I declined as I didn’t want to have to move all my stuff. So, the staff did try to accommodate me.

The breakfast was great every morning, staff was super friendly and helpful. They accommodated anything we asked of them.

The only this was our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way other than that no complaints.

Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Pleasantly surprised. I like the way the hotel was decorated, inviting and pleasant. I stayed in a studio for 7 nights and it was comfortable. (except for the bed).

The room had a large fridge and dishwasher which was nice but whatever was used to clean the outside just left streaks all over the front of each unit. If that's how the appliances are cleaned, not sure I want to know how much effort the rest of the room had. The 'queen' bed was really uncomfortable, time to replace, lumpy old, I did not get a good nights sleep due to the bed.

Great kitchen.

Although the selections offered at breakfast were really good in concept, the execution left much to be desired; the egg bites were mushy, almost mealy, and the apples were not very good.

Everything was great at this location from the staff, cleanliness of the hotel in general, the pool was great!!

The billing of the rooms was really messed up and it took 3 days to get it corrected. That being said, the staff worked very hard to get it right.

The room was great! Breakfast was good. They overbooked so we were sent next door to their sister property.

Housekeeping never came during our entire stay. Trash was overflowing and had to use wet towels everyday.
