Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly!

We didn’t see the signs at the front desk about room cleaning. It said you had to request it. The sticker on the mirror in our room said they came every other day to make beds, give new towels, and replace stuff/take out the trash. We were there 4 days and no one came. We had to ask the front desk about it and that’s when we saw different signd than our room had. Wish that was mentioned to us at check in rather that assuming we would see the sign at check in. The breakfast was not that good. Wish they had more options, including gluten free/dairy free. The only GF options were fruit and yogurt. Other hotels offer a prepackaged gluten free muffin in their breakfast foods.

Breakfast was so GOOD. There was a lot to choose from. Really good potatoes, eggs, muffins, cereal ,milk, pumpkin pie flavored waffles, they also had buttermilk waffles. Yogurts, juices and so much more. I believe the GM was there to greet me in the morning. Great bedside manners

I didn't like that I was accused of smoking in the room because we had to take the dead batteries out of it because it was chirping. Also I didn't say I had a dog with me, so the next night I was able to pull enough money to stay another night but was told that no one was allowed to rent another room to me. I was humiliated, as my mom was on a vent in ICU, the hotel was right next to the hospital. I was so sad that I didn't have a room to stay in during that time.

The room was nice. The breakfast was good. I liked that there was a couch in the room as well.

My room was never serviced while I was there. I did not have a do not disturb on my door knob. They just never came. Also, when I checked in, the person at the front desk was not the most informative. I had to ask him to explain to me how to get to my room. When I checked in he just handed me the key card without telling me where to go.

The provided breakfast options were awesome. Loved the variety. They also greeted us at check-in with warm cookies. My daughter and her friend used the pool and it was nice and comfortable. The queen suite room was really nice and comfortable. Mini fridge and bar area were nice!

Location and breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff too. Nice clean room.

We stayed for three days and only wanted clean towels and the trash emptied on the third day. Wasn’t sure that would be done, so we asked.

Thank you for giving the opportunity to share. Couple items I wanted to mention. Breakfast: please consider adding healthier eating options. What you have there now is a sugar bomb, you cannot start your day like that. We stayed at the room for people with disabilities. There’s no light to turn on, someone would have to struggle to get to each lamp and turn it on! This is very inconsiderate.

The suite was large and welcoming. We were surprised Yelp only gave it 2 stars. Upon speaking to the employees, they get a 2 star rating because they don't have a shuttle bus. It is definitely a 4 star hotel

The hot tub was down. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

The property was very clean. The location was extremely convenient for us! The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast bar had a good selection and the young lady that was working was very nice!

Superb room. Really big with plenty of room to move around. It had everything we needed. Bathroom superb. Walk in shower. Beds comfortable. Breakfast plentiful. Breakfast staff and reception staff really nice and helpful.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The morning breakfast was different each day. The daily quality and variety of the breakfast was very good.

I wish there was a restaurant with a bar at this location. Increased the pricing because of college graduation.
