Breakfast offerings were very good. Staff was very prompt keeping items available. Everything was very tasty. One of the better hotel breakfasts we have had recently. The handicapped room was lovely and spacious

We were there for four nights and our room was never cleaned. We expected at least one cleaning service. One day we asked the room to be cleaned after we left the room for the day - around 11:00 - and it was not done. In addition, we had no telephone the entire time. The system was down, which was a problem for us, as my husband does not have a cell phone, and could not call out unless I left my cell phone with him. He is physically handicapped and I felt this was a safety issue.

Everything! Staff was great checkin was easy.

I had to keep asking for wash cloths. We checked in with 5 people and no wash cloths. The first day I asked for them, they gave us 3 and there were no more cleaned. So I had to wait. The next time we asked they said they would take them up and they didn’t. I ended up grabbing them from the front desk later.

The breakfast was excellent. Maybe the best hotel breakfast ever? The King Studio was also a great room with a perfect layout.

I tried to print a document. I went through the steps of emailing an attachment, using the Brother password, etc, but then I got an error saying that my PDF document was not printable. The front desk offered to print for me, but I had run out of time.

Margarita was amazing. We drove in 18hrs straight from California. She was so helpful getting us in our room as soon as she could.

It was just more of an inconvenience. Wish they had more than 2 washers and 2 dryers. We came in for the softball tournament, so washing was a must.

It’s so clean and the staff is so friendly!! One morning I had asked the gal that does the breakfast for more tortillas and she gave them to me so quickly. The next morning she saw and remembered me and brought me out steamy fresh tortillas!! Little things like that are key.

The jacuzzi was too hot.

It was nice and clean. Easy to get to. Parking was good. Room was nice. Pool was nice.

Breakfast was not very good. It was good on our first day but not the rest of our stay. The hot tub was not warm at all and the jets did not work.

The location was close to family and places. The facilities were very clean and good price the breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly.

The snacks downstairs were a little pricey but couldn't really pick out anything we didnt like!

Its style and comfort was immaculate!! We come to Denver like 2-3x’s a year and we will be staying here every time!! So happy you guys opened!!! Centrally located and wonderful friendly staff. The free breakfast that’s including was so yummy!! Thank you!

We loved everything!

Quiet,clean,friendly staff,good breakfast. Reasonably priced for nice hotel. The kitchen was nice added amenity. Sofa with pillows & footrest made watching tv more comfortable.
