Everything! Very fast and easy check-in, Katie (I hope I did not misspell your name) was a gem, super friendly, helpful and courteous, we got a little welcome present as well, spacious room, very clean, comfy bed and pillows, new furniture. Good choices for breakfast - mini cheese omelettes, bacon, sausage patties, pancakes and some more - everything tasty, good coffee as well. Friendly, attentive breakfast personnel. Great location close to highway, very quiet though, big parking lot. Awesome nature walking path for both humans and pets behind the hotel leading to a nice park. Definitely recommend and be back if in the area.

I just wished the pet fee was cheaper, $50 a night for a 8-pound dog is quite the sum.

The staff was great. Room was awesome. Pool was awesome and the hours open to be used was very great. When you can’t check in until 3pm and check out is at 11am. Most hotels pool hours close the pool at 9pm or 10pm. That really don’t give you a lot of time to use the pool. The pool hours here was from 5:30am until 11pm. So you had the time to use it if you wanted. The breakfast they provided free was actually a breakfast that absolutely everyone could enjoy with so many great choices. Including warm homemade cinnamon rolls, individual personal omelets, biscuits and gravy, and so much more to choose from. The place was exceptionally clean in the room hallways dinning area and pool area. It was the best hotel experience I have had.

I like the area at the Holiday Inn Express.The people were friendly. There were lots of places to eat at McDonald's, Burger.King, Outback Steakhouse, Applebee's grocery stores. There's a mini mark right by the hotel . Kohls For shopping. Very nice area to walk around and get exercise. But my favorite thing was when I got there.I forgot my makeup wipes, and you guys provided them.It was great. The hotel also provided my favorite personal items and product's Dove.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was construction on the site.No one told us that there was going to be construction being done on the site it was right above my room. And it was quite loud and interruptive.There was also a continental breakfas that was complimentary. But it wasn't very good. It needed more dry cereals. Fruits. And a better meat selection.

Hotel was clean, smelled nice, and the staff was accommodating. We had easy access to our room and were given an option to pick a floor upon check in. I liked that since we were traveling with dogs.

I booked on Booking.com and this may be a bit of a gap on the part of Booking and less on Holiday Inn, but they had no idea we were traveling with animals and they require a $150 pet deposit and $50 per night, per dog so this added an additional $200 to our trip that we were not expecting.

Very nice staff, nice to ve given a goodie bag. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with choices. Good parking.

The toilet. It is probably the lowest adult toilet you can get. If you have any issue about sitting and getting up. reserve a handicap room. No grab bar next to the toilet to help. The shower had one, but too far away to help with the toilet.

The size of the room and the comfort of the bed.

We are from Texas and haven’t yet had to go explain to our 10 year old what weed is and what is smells like. The elevator reeked of weed each time we got on it so we had to have a “say no to drugs” talk with her. Not y’all’s fault but I don’t think we would come back. Half the people we encountered were high and had no teeth (guests not staff).

Recently renovated, very spacious room with a very comfy bed, lounge area and tv. The fridge, microwave and coffee came in handy. Also lots of USB charging points, and close to plenty of food options.

Some things (e.g. bed and toilet) were very high up, so wouldn’t really work for a shorter person. Also had a couple of instances of the lift being out of order during my stay, so had to take the stairs.

We enjoyed the breakfast. My kids thought it was fun (our room had been recently remodeled) and there was a HUGE space in the middle of our room which was nice. Kind of weird, but made it very spacious for getting ready and not bumping into people when we were in a rush in the morning. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub the night we stayed. The Halloween treats at the front desk were a nice touch.

very comfy beds, friendly staff, and clean. They let us have a late check out which was extremely helpful.

The breakfast was too late for us to take advantage of. Not anyone's fault, but we were disappointed we paid for the breakfast to be included, but we had to leave for the day before it was available.

Good location of the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Welcome letter explaining how the facilities work. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is as expected. Fast Internet. There are many places to eat and shops around. I'll stop by again if the opportunity arises.

Haven't spotted anything I didn't like.
