Very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I booked a room with breakfast included. At breakfast, there's a standard bill on every table. You can charge breakfast and a tip to your room or presumably pay right then and there. I asked about "breakfast included" and at first they said that wasn't on my reservation. They said I would be billed anyway and if something was incorrect, they would just take it off. I did get it taken off (showed them my confirmation) and there wasn't a problem but if you're not paying attention, you might end up paying for a complimentary breakfast. Seems a little sneaky on their part. At other hotels, if everyone isn't getting a complimentary breakfast, they have someone check you in. There's no bill sitting on all the tables.

Everything. Ease of location and restaurant s in the area. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious.

Didn’t see a pet relief area outside or collection bags and trash bin. Not a problem for us we always travel with these items but there was a customer asking.

The facility was clean & the staff friendly. Plus a good location - easy to access. I wasn't crazy about the upfront charge for amenities (refundable later). It didn't make sense if my card is on file - this is probably an industry issue not just THIS hotel's policy. Overall I was happy with everything & would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and refreshed. Blackout curtains worked very well. Air conditioning that got the room cold enough for sleeping comfort

Water pressure was non existent in the shower and the temperature lock for the shower was too low. The shower wasn't hot.

It was modern, clean and located close to the expressway. The restaurant was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

It was a beautiful room and the location was pretty good, close to a lot of things. We were in the area for a swim meet, so it met our expectations for the time we were there. If we were staying in the area, I would stay here again.

No complaints; we enjoyed everything. Service was great and paid attention to our "breakfast included" deal I got when I reserved. Food was good too!

First time staying here and the room was fantastic. The staff prior to stay was generous and accommodating for some requests I had for my sons birthday.

Everyone was friendly and facility was nice. The bathroom shower in the bottom corner was kinda of grimey and built of dirt and grime.

It was close to the highway amd not far from Denver downtown.

we booked a room with 2 double beds because we were 4 people which included breakfast but they told us that they not see in their computer that breakfast is included. After we showed the booking.com reservation we got the breakfast but only for 2 people.

very clean, friendly staff, quick check in, pet friendly, room was warm when we came in (it was snowing outside), great location being next to a shopping center with lots of food options.

The staff at the front desk are professional and checked me in with a smile and accuracy. I love that the suite has a soaking tub! It definitely helps when my trip is a 7 hour drive

There was a sleet storm and it left the parking lot covered in a sheet of ice. I literally slid all the way to my vehicle and almost fell. Invest in a company that puts down chemicals very early in the morning. It was truly dangerous.
