We had an amazing stay at Aloft! It was our first time staying there and we will never go anywhere else! From the time we checked in everything was great. Everyone we came into contact with at the front desk was polite and personable. The room was clean and modern. I loved the decor/vibe they picked for the place. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. I do wish it was open 24 hours a day though (open from 7am to 10pm). This nice hotel is tucked back a little so it's nice and private, but very close to food and shopping centers.

Cool vibe. Nice pool area and laundry facility. Also located near an area with lots of shopping and restaurants.

No free breakfast. Would have been helpful to have a free breakfast so not having to drive around looking for a place to eat. They do have breakfast sandwiches for purchase but they are exorbitant in price. Also a microwave in the room would be nice.

Love this place. And everything about it. Dislike giving anything less than a 10.Taylor and Christina are amazing. Their hospitality is top notch, and they take care of any concerns immediately. And even check in to make sure that everything is going well. I really appreciate their attention to detail and genuinely caring about their guest's situations.

The reason for the 9 is because during my month of staying here, I had not gotten room service, as in cleaning, replenishing, and changing sheets not once. I had to ask the front desk most of the time as I ran out of things and cleaned up here and there myself. Even when I asked for sheets to be changed and my dog and I were out and about. The sheets with the towels were left outside of my room and I had to make thr bed myself 3 times during my stay.

Clean facilities; great location with plenty around to see and do; beds were comfy; friendly staff; nice and quiet; loved the jacuzzi. Overall I highly recommend this stay.

Dusty room - my roommate and I both ended up having allergy issues we isolated to the headboards. Next trip I'll ask for a hypoallergenic room. My only complaint.

Modern design which was good to experience. Room comfortable use of space well designed, seemed larger than it was. Front desk staff friendly.

A little hard to find late at night it’s tucked between a shopping and residential area but very close to I-25. The TV was troublesome likely related to a low battery in the remote. I reported that when checking out.

The hot tub was awesome! The bed was very comfortable The pool table was fun! Customer service was good Housekeeping was great! The location was good: lots of nearby shops and restaurants

Water pressure in the shower was low Would have liked a desk in the room

We wanted a place to stay that was not too far to drive after our long flight, and we can then continue driving to the Rockies the next day. This was PERFECT for this. Huge room, clean, great aircon, even a pool and hot tub! Lots of parking. Lots of restaurants close by.

No restaurant (but they make it clear when booking) and they have a snack bar, and lots of restaurants close. So just to note, wasn't a problem for us.

We didn’t eat breakfast - but did try the complimentary coffee which was tasty but not served hot enough for my tastes. But I am not complaining just letting you know. The front desk staff was wonderful. The gym was good enough but I had to ask for towels on both visits - maybe guests are taking them who knows.

Some cleaning products were very strong and I could smell them. Good to know the place was very clean. Not complaining just letting you know. - I understand sometimes it is just that way.

I've given a positive review before, but this place knocks always knocks it out of the park. Great common spaces, such as the bar/rec room and the pool/hot tub were fabulous in this particular trip. Staff is always very good, location is terrific and prices are always very good. Stay here.
