Room availability

I needed a large king size handicap room and the room was small. I booked the hotel room on booking.com, paid for the 4 nights before check in and when I checked in and went to the room, it was then I realized how small the room was and according to the room pictures on the internet, it showed a recliner in the room which I desperately needed after just having full knee replacement surgery several days prior to check in. I asked the girl at the desk if I could transfer my reservation to a different hotel associated with Marriott because I needed a recliner for post knee replacement surgery. The girl said up I had to stay the full time of the reservation and I was denied a refund. HOW WRONG IS THAT. CORPORATE GREED.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, great effort on the breakfast without having a full kitchen. Staff are all friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Beds are slightly too soft, but I'll take that over too firm.

I thought it was good for the most part the bagels are kind of dry, and the oatmeal was either running or too thick but everything else was great

The bathtub plug did not work and the hot tub was not working

Great breakfast options like granola and oatmeal toppings and hot breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful front desk and staff. Comfortable king bed with good sofa bed for our child. Clean and updated facilities.

Wi-Fi access didn’t work on my phone. Some indications the neighborhood was a little sketchy like two guys parked on the side of building, sitting next to their cars with the trunks open for quite awhile.

The bathroom actually had a working fan! Quite the novel idea these days. Not as much of an issue when traveling alone, but much needed if you are with another person. Most hotels do not have these anymore, and I think it’s a feature I would list when describing the room. It would definitely be a plus in deciding where to stay, right up there with mini-fridge. Considering everything, the rate charged was a real good value compared with Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and other similar properties.

The bed was much too soft to my liking.

They were very friendly I love the atmosphere they cooperated with us nice food that you serve for breakfast all around just was a very pleasant and loving state

I think certain them bad about this hotel even very nice I really enjoyed this day Will be back to stay

There was not a very big selection for breakfast. Basically scrambled eggs and sausage or cereal. The fruit did not look very appetizing.

The hours for the pool were a little strict. I prefer an early morning swim and the pool did not open until 10:00am.

I wish they would provide cinnamon spice to add to the oatmeal, raisins would be nice also.

Staff were helpful, professional, and friendly.
