Standard offerings for breakfast, hot and cold, in a large area, with large seating area as well. Our 1st room had a mothball odor but the staff quickly changed us to another room, still fairly close to other family. It was next to the elevator but we did not notice any extra noise from it. We used the pool and the fitness center, AND were allowed to use the Breakfast Area for family pizza one evening.

The 1st room we were offered should have been checked for lingering odors before offering to a guest.

We stayed a few nights in two bed with couch area; really gave us extra space we needed. Room was clean and had microwave and mini fridge. Shower comes with pumps for soap, shampoo and conditioner; like that more than those tiny bottles. Free breakfast was actually good and had variety. staff was very friendly!

The indoor pool is small. just FYI. Wish there was more parking, shared with surrounding hotels but always found a spot on far side.

Big rooms.

Hard to get there with parking lots being paved, very limited parking, and didn't find out til we arrived and everything was closed off. Fridge and air were off when we got to our room and had to wait for Fridge to get cold and put milk in.

Large room. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Would be nice if water bottles were provided daily. One of two elevators was out of service which caused a bit of a wait for my handicapped husband

the hotel looked updated and sooo clean. It was absolutely clean. and for the price you can’t beat it. the breakfast was amazing and felt luxurious with the oatmeal bar, pastry selection and croissant sandwiches. this hotel was such a pleasant surprise . the staff was so friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. we were stuck because of a snow storm and they let us have late check out too. it was just a relaxing stay for a hectic day. would recommend to everyone

just wish the breakfast was a little longer on the week days

Location was great for what we needed.

The first room I was given was not the room I booked but was fixed quickly. The bed was not comfortable at all.

The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decorated very nicely, and the Fairfield is in a location away from the highway noise, but close enough to some shopping that we could walk to it. Also, a nice walking trail nearby that we took advantage of.

I think it would be a good idea to install an extra safety bar on the wall of the shower - helpful to seniors. Possibly one near the toilet as well.

The amount of waste being generated at breakfast - all cups / plates / cutlery were disposable. Doesn’t feel very sustainable.

we believe there were either bed begs or spiders in the room. both my husband and I had bites all over or legs in the morning. we noticed the bites first on my husband.

The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast could have been open a bit longer. The room was cold.
