My daughter and I came down for her hip surgery at Children's Hospital. Because someone extended their stay, the double queen room wasn't available when we arrived. I explained she had to have her own bed due to the passive motion machine and the hip brace she had to be in, and I had to stay in the same room in case of complications. Katy Wilson, the manager, overheard the conversation and proceeded to see what she could do. My daughter and I had to leave to meet up with a doctor and when we were leaving, Kathy called me and told me she had found a room with 2 queen sized beds. There is SO many things that went into play and she seriously went above and beyond standard or even 5-star resort service. My only regret was that I couldn't post a review any sooner, as the surgery was more complicated and getting her home and settled took much longer than expected. The front office ladies were also amazing, and my apologies I lost the card with the name of the young lady who was with her. Angels!!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond with everything we needed. They gave great recommendations for restaurants, bars, hiking trails. They helped me link up with an Uber driver to the airport when I couldn't find a driver on the app, the coffee was decent, etc. Other guests and residents were also really friendly and nice.

Great value for money! Staff were really nice and beds were comfy! We also had a kitchen so it helped a lot.

Bit far from the centre, need to take Ubers

I like the location as well at the staff and the cleanest of the hotel I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

There were nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Close to a relatives house

Didn't realize what a suite was and was unprepared not having coffee or some of the other conveniences we find had a motel

Breakfast was not offered, but there is a mini coffee bar in lobby. The rooms come with full size fridge, stove top to cook food, bathroom is nice size, large window you can open

Not being able to check in on time. Check in time is at 3pm I arrived at 4:14pm, the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Also they don’t have a night person, which would be useful in case of emergencies.

We did not eat the breakfast but the location was alright but along way when it is dark from the highway. Well the highway we where on. The roads where hard in the rain when not familiar with the area.

The beds where alittle hard for my older body and my niece but they worked. That would be the only suggestion I would have everything else was great.

Right off the bat I have to say it's one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at. For being a place that's snowy and wet outside the inside is kept very clean.

Probably was good. Except my next door renters was noisy with their loud music.

The safety feature of needing your key to unlock every entrance door to include the door from lobby to main building to access elevators.
