The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in. The property was clean, fairly updated, and the sights from our Mountain View room were lovely. We also appreciate the complimentary breakfast. It's worth noting the property is about 8 minutes from CU, but it's a very easy drive. I rated this a 9 for the overall value.

There are very minor things that could be improved, but I would simply have to pay a higher price for certain luxuries. For example, closer proximity to the CU campus, no dining within walking distance (yet, the upside is it's near a quiet neighborhood and you didn't hear traffic noise), tiny elevators, small rooms, no water bottles in the room, etc. We didn't use the pool, so we don't know what that amenity was like.

We had trouble with the electrical in the first room and decided to move. The ADA room they gave us was helpful for my mom but smaller and lacked luggage rack spaces. There was also only one chair in a room with 2 beds so they gave us a folding chair. The drawback for the facility is that none of the doors stayed open, even in the ADA room. This is dangerous for people who have walkers and wheelchairs. There were also no hooks to hang long clothes. A little disappointing.

The room was clean & spacious. The bathroom was spacious & clean. Check in was fast & easy. Breakfast was fine.

The only coffee in the room was a pack of decaf. I went to breakfast to get coffee, the 1st day I emptied the pot. I didn’t see any worker around. The second day the pit was empty, I found the worker and she was in the kitchen eating. She said she would be there in a minute. When she came out she said it would be 10 minutes, or I could go down to the main lobby for coffee. I thought at 7:15 there would be a coffee ready & waiting. That is my only complaint.

I didn't know there was a free breakfast, happened to see it on my way out and grabbed a sandwich and cup of coffee for the road, it was good and I was happy to discover you had it. Would have been nice if I was aware of it before hand, I might have sat and had breakfast in my room or your cafeteria.

Someone complained that my dog barked, so the desk phoned me up and told me that they had a complaint about my dog, the person on the phone just said that and hung up, kind of rudely.

I would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites in Boulder. The hotel had good facilities and is situated on a beautiful backdrop of the Flat Iron Mountains. It is also, located within a less than 5 minute walk from easily accessible public transport routes to Denver and the surrounding areas, making it ideal for travellers who do not have their own transport. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, good standard of cleanliness and the staff were helpful and friendly!

Reception check-in: I explained that I hoped for a quiet room so I could catch up on my sleep after a very tiring and stressful week. The person directed me to a room on the ground floor at the end of the hall. It was very quiet and relaxing. I was so grateful for that extra attention and kindness. Really above and beyond!

Not having a room key card due to the Microsoft computer glitch. Which was not the hotel's fault at all! Everyone was doing their best to deal with a difficult situation.

Location was great for us, super easy to drive to nearby hikes and runs. It was also a very short walk to a bus stop to get into downtown when we didn't want to drive. Rooms an excellent size and super clean, fridge a great addition. Breakfast was good and staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Ample parking and a fair price in comparison to other places in Boulder. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. There was a small gym on the property which had a good selection of equipment. There was a complimentary breakfast available every morning which was great to start the day with. Overall it was a lovely experience staying here.

Not that I didn’t like it, I was just surprised that there was a discrepancy in the amounts between what booking site told me was total and amount held by hotel- when will differences be refunded?

Good location to airport & Boulder. Good breakfast options, different every morning.

Better Fruit options for breakfast would be nice.
