Loved the spacious suite, good shower water pressure, comfortable beds, breakfast buffet, close to a grocery store and coffee shop

Wish there was a drinking water dispenser in the building instead of having to walk to the main lobby to refill our water bottles. Wish it was a little closer to downtown but that’s a small inconvenience.

We really enjoyed the room and the breakfast that were made.

We didn't like the fact that a student brought her dog over to stay at the apartment above and then left the dog in the apartment while everyone went about their business. The dog whined excessively. She should have the dog at her place.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and perfect for a group of 3 - Grandfather, Mother and Grandson. Having the little kitchen was a real bonus. The parking was good and shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Breakfast was plentiful.

The room was a bit dated and unfortunately the sofa bed in our room was quite grubby on the arms and needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. It would have been nice to have had fresh fruit other than apples available for breakfast each day.

Breakfast was very good. Not just your typical continental breakfast.

Breakfast could begin earlier. Room could have been bigger with more amenities. Difficult to find parking spot on Saturday night, but some of this was due to improper parking by some visitors. Had a hard time finding the hotel at first, but eventually found it.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciate the early check in and late check out. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast has a variety of selections. I stayed here twice and will be staying here again when visiting Boulder!

It would be nice to have a fan in the gym.

Good location, very comfortable place, even if a little awkwardly located. Staff was great. Breakfast was simple but fine. For Boulder during move-in weekend, it was great value.

Location is a little weird. Not many restaurants nearby. But nothing, really.

The grounds and hotel was always clean. The vibe in the lobby was always uplifting and super helpful. There was 24 hour coffee. The suite was spacious and had most of the amenities we needed.

The road noise. I am just not used to it.

Breakfast could definitely be improved.

We like to go on weekend getaways to visit new places and see the local attractions. Homewood Suites was so clean, comfy, cozy, and reasonably priced. Check out is noon! It's like "please sleep in a little and spoil yourself before starting your travels again" and the breakfast buffet was great! so many things to choose from both hot and cold. The people were very friendly and helpful. Our next trip out when I look for accommodations I'm going to start with places by Hilton

Comfortable beds. Spacious room with cooking facilities if needed. Convenient to a few food places and supermarket

The bathroom area is a little small, although it's nice to have vanity basin outside.
