We were pleasantly surprised by how charming the hotel was and the friendly staff. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Spruce restaurant, food was delicious and we were especially delighted to have Brooklynn as our waitress - she was extremely efficient and a pleasure. The Comedy show was a treat, very reasonably priced and a lot of fun. Location overall was perfect. I highly recommend the Boulderado.

I wish the wifi was faster.

The location was fantastic; very close to Pearl Street. I received a free upgrade to a beautiful room on the 4th (top) floor with huge, sunny windows with views of the mountains. The hotel has a lot of historic charm. The room was very comfortable, had a mini fridge, granite sink counters, free daily chocolates and real flowers. Cool bar on bottom floor with live music.

The room was very close to an intersection, but there wasn't noise at night because there isn't traffic at night. On the last day there was a continuous noise of some kind of knocking sound starting at 6 am.

My stay was perfect, but when I asked for a late check out, or even an extra charged night, the guy at the reception told me they were fully booked. It happens that I came to check booking and they had three rooms available! I then paid for one of these rooms online, for two nights, so I could be using this new room in the following morning and late in the afternoon. If the guy was honest with me, I would have paid only one extra night instead of two. I don’t know his name, if I knew, I would write directly to the hotel management. All other members of the staff were great and the hotel is great.

the fact that we were relegated to a 2nd floor room in the annex facing the alley/parking lot with service van parked right in front of the window, despite having made my reservation many weeks in advance and requesting a higher floor. I dont know how the rooms are allocated in general, but we often seem to end up w some of the worst placed rooms in the facility. Its a long roundabout walk, up and down and across an indoor bridge, to get from the main lobby over to the room in the annex, which unlike the photos of the original historic building shown online, the "new" building does not have the same historic charm and character.

Loved the atmosphere. The room was very nice and the staff amazing. Also enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. Location to Pearl Street mall was another perk.

We had requested a room as close to the elevator as possible as my husband uses assistance to walk. We ended up having to change rooms and we were still a long way from an elevator. The staff did a good job trying to accommodate us. We did book through a third party and tha5 seems to have been part of the problem.

Beautiful historic hotel with large rooms and bathroom. Very clean and perfectly positioned to explore the city of Boulder. We walked everywhere from the hotel. The gym is very basic but the hotel details given in our room offered a complimentary gym visit to a local gym, One Boulder Fitness. We went to work out there and the gym was fantastic. Great restaurants also, in the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there. Also great coffee from the restaurant to have there or take away in the morning. We stayed on a Wednesday night and a jazz band was playing in the basement and we had a fantastic night. It overall great stay to explore Boulder for a day and night.

Such an amazing hotel that is truly the best location to anything and everything you would need when visiting. The cleaning ladies are great and do really well upkeep. The staff is so nice and helpful, even the small things like the valet guys opening the door for you and the cafe in the lobby for morning coffee is so convenient. The downstairs bar is great with lost of seating but can get very busy on weekends.

It is beautiful, so many of the historic original pieces! The restaurants were great, the best service I can remember in a long time, even when our group kept growing the wait staff just rolled with it separate checks and all.

It’s just a little challenging to get across the sky bridge to the other rooms, but we chalked it up to historic buildings. My husband is handicapped and I think we could request the main building.

Unbeatable location a block from Pearl Street, near restaurants, attractions, and walking paths. Historic hotel with all the charm, especially around the holidays, when they put up their iconic tree. There are multiple options for dining / bars on-site. The staff are exceptional - very helpful, even took us on a tour of the historic floor of the hotel and of the old elevator.

Everything about the Hotel Boulderado was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. So nice to be there when the Christmas tree and decorations were going up. It was beautiful! From the front desk to the bartender and even the valets- I can’t say enough about how they exceeded my expectations! Loved the feel of the entire hotel. Location was excellent too!

The only thing that I would have to say is the air conditioner was very loud. Would wake me up when it would start up. But it was manageable.
