The hotel was very clean and the breakfast is the standard continental. The staff went out of their way to please me when the TV in my room didn't work properly. They moved me to another room and I had no further issues. The hotel could use some improvements, but the price was right and I felt safe. The staff were friendly and always acknowledged me which made me feel comfortable. They allow pets for a small fee so I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Some of the guests were disrespectful by slamming doors and there was heavy walking in the unit above me. Perhaps heavier people could be placed on the first floor. A door insulation strip could be added around the door frames which would help cut down on the slamming door noise. My bathroom sink didn't have a stopper so I set a washcloth over the hole so I didn't lose anything down the drain.

My room was fairly close to the lobby and ice/vending machines. The bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower with grab rails and bath chair was exactly what I needed to feel safe in the shower. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The refrigerator in the room was not turned on. I turned it on but it didn’t come on. I thought it wasn’t working. When I was packing up to leave I heard it running. I have no idea when it came on. It would be helpful if the staff would either leave them running or if they have a reservation for a room, they could turn it on ahead of the guest’s arrival. I had a little trouble finding the hotel, but that was my problem.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was decent.

Staff attempted to charge my card before arrival which was not agreed upon. Only 3 tiny square pillows on the bed to sleep on, and comforter on bed was paper thin making the bed feel very uncomfortable and awkward...

All of the staff were super friendly and valued customer service. Jude, Henry, and Diane (front desk staff) made for easy check in and answered all my questions. Housekeeping, Carmen and Silvia took wonderful care of our needs. Even on super busy days I always felt as though they made our room a priority. I would stay again simply due to the wonderful staff. James Cooper...... maintenance! He was also friendly and always made it a point to say hello.

The traffic noise was a bit much.....however I was able to sleep so it didn't cause a huge issue for me. The location has very little shade. It was hot in August.

I had asked for a certain room ahead of my trip and the staff definitely accommodated me. Thank you. The room was comfy and fairly quiet. Bed was great and bathroom/shower worked exceptionally well. Loved having the fridge/microwave in my room too. Parking was also great!

Wifi wasn't strong enough and bandwidth couldn't support all the users apparently as I kept losing signal. At first I was given wrong password to log in, but that wasn't such a big deal. And the front desk, at check in originally didn't put the length of my stay on my door key, so first time I left, I could not get back in haha

Great locations they always take care of me here always, it's right off the highway gas station on the corner I own a barber shop and a trucking company so it's perfect for me more than perfect thank you Super 8

Come to breakfast should be more choices in food. Breakfast not meat my expectations. Very modesty. Not enough coffee no scrambled eggs.

I like how nice all the wokes we're so nice the hotel was nice and clean inside and out it was a great place

easily located off the highway. This was a perfect quick stop for our vacation. Comfortable beds.

Although the bathroom was split with just the shower and toilet behind closed doors, there was next to no room. Hours for breakfast ended early, and was found to not be well stocked.
