Appreciated that the staff provided water when I needed it (being from a lower elevation, I needed it!). Also, the cleaning staff honored my request for additional coffee and creamer. Thank you!

The gym facilities were not well cared for. Several machines were out of order and the machines themselves did not look clean. Interesting that there was a sign in there that said "In case of emergency use the emergency phone to call the desk." Um...no phone to be seen. Also, the pool was not available.

Love the staff and the rooms are comfortable I really like that they are pet friendly and there prices aren't bad but I recommend booking a month in advance because you obviously will get a better rate.

So I made comments before but I now realize what I experienced so our water bottle dropped and so water was spilt on the carpet and when we used the towels to clean and absorb some of the water, the towels got dirty because of the carpet so maybe needs some carpet cleaning but water was spilt on our last stay so I'm sure that's where the stains came from that was on the towel. I just want to reassure it was only water the way dropped :). I really appreciate the hotel and the animals being able to stay so I will still 100 percent book again.

I have been coming to the Aloft Broomfield for years and am always really happy with property. The location in proximity to Denver and Boulder is ideal, the rooms are pristine and quiet, and the beds are super comfortable.

I feel like the property is starting to show its age a bit. I noticed that the carpet in the hallway was starting to get bunched up a bit, so something to keep in mind if you are traveling with the elderly or someone who might be prone to tripping.

The rooms were clean & comfortable. Amenities were nice. It is located in an up and coming area which is extremely nice. Walking distance to restaurants. I thought price was reasonable but have a feeling they will increase when area is no longer under construction.

It would be nice to have ice machines on individual floors instead of getting from front desk. Not a deal breaker but more of a convenience for guest.

Nice decor. Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Security safe in room. Clean room. Good housekeeping. Reasonable price for quality of the facilities. Plenty of parking space. Hotel is located close to a major RTD bus transit facility.

Pool was unimpressive. A la carte breakfast options were unimpressive.

Location, decor. Appreciated daily housekeeping which is rare since the pandemic.

Some employees did not match the trendy “social” vibe the hotel seems to be going for. The desk clerk was not very interested/knowledgeable about the area. When asked for a recommendation for a good Thai restaurant, desk clerk stated “I don’t know “. When asked for a local sundown hike location I was told to try Boulder. I asked for a local map and received a Denver map. I enjoyed the fitness area.

I am not quite sure of her name I believe Jolene was phenomenal. I spoke to her boss and let her know she is a keeper. I travel a lot for work and aloft is definitely on my top 2 properties to stay at.

There was nothing not to like it was comfortable the moment you checked to the moment I checked out.

loved the pool table and ping pong (although the ping-pong didn't have balls or paddles - we went and bought those ourselves (and then left them there). Gym also fine. beds were comfortable and we could control the heat in the room.

breakfast options - it was really hard to know what came with the room and what cost us extra; we just brought food from a grocery store.

The staff were easy to work with, the location, and the cleanliness. We were dealing with some personal stuff after being robbed in Denver. It was nice to feel safe for several days.

The tv situation was stupid. I thought my tv didn’t work for days, it appears to be updated to do all kinds of things but is barely working as a tv. TV’s in place since 2009. Especially frustrating when we have been on the road for 3 months…

Nice facility, good price, and convenient location.

We were in room 212 - whomever was above us was jumping. Running, walking loudly, and / or excersizing late at night and very early in the morning. Disturbed sleeping!
