Clean and welcoming. Love the bar and the breakfast was definitely better than most free breakfasts in other hotels. The always matters to me and I will say the comfort of the bed was worth the stay. Towels were soft and large. Employees very kind and helpful. Will be staying again the next time we are in town.

The only thing I didn’t like was the choice of the soap and shampoo. Sorry but they really sunk to me. Normally I bring my own but I forgot to grab my body soap.

The location is excellent for where we needed to go. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was a perfect start to each day.

Only downside was no access to the pool. Understandable that it is seasonal, but after long hikes, the pool or hot tub would have been perfect.

The room could have used another chair or small couch. The room only provided a desk chair and bed.

My reservation was not found when I arrived in a cold night. I had to call booking.com to call the hotel to help them find my reservation. That was disappointing

The hotel was clean, modern and practical. Front desk staff was very helpful and did their best in advising us on how to enjoy our time the best in the Rocky Mountains.

I wish the breakfast was served with tableware and cutlery rather than plastic and paper.

The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and I had a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good also. It was handy having a microwave in the room.

There was no full length mirror or makeup mirror in the room.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with ample parking, several restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping is close as well.

The location was really good. The complementary breakfast was a plus in our travel. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.
