The location was excellent, as my partner had traveled in from out of town to spend the holidays with me and it's not far from my home. I was really impressed by the staff, who were all extremely pleasant to interact with. I also was pleasantly surprised to see the sections of items available for checkout that included grilling gear and board/card games. Finally, the bathroom was extremely clean and I was extra glad of the safety bars in the shower; as someone with neuropathy in her feet, it can be hard to know if I have solid footing and the handholds helped.

The parking lot had a few potholes but that was seriously the worst part of the stay.

It was a comfortable well sized 2 bedroom suite. We had just moved out of our house and needed a pet friendly hotel so this fit the bill perfectly. We couldn’t hear any of the other guests so I have to say it’s pretty quiet. The only negative I can say about this is that the breakfast is pretty minimalistic and not that good. However, you’re very close to Walmart so you can pick up food there.

The room we had was clean and met our needs! Before going, some of the reviews caused me to be concerned about what I would find, but everything was great for our group! We (4 women) spent one night. The suite was conducive for hanging out and chatting.

No fault of the hotel, but we (4 women) found sharing the one bathroom challenging.

I liked it had a kitchen for our week stay. The kitchen lacks pots and pans but other than that everything was good.

I understand that lots of businesses are short staffed. Nobody cleaned our rooms in the week we were here.

Everything I need was in the room. It was clean. It is close to Walmart and a shopping mall. The size of the room is good. Free breakfast is also good enough. The staff is helpful.

Sometimes I heard noises coming from other rooms, dog barking etc. The elevator is a bit old but no problems

The location is very quiet, and safe. My husband and I stay here anytime we are in Broomfield. Love this hotel.

We didn't have a laundry plastic bag in the room like we usually do. It's not a big concern, just one thing I noticed. Also, upon arrival, the room smelled like a hint of dog when we arrived. This is just something to be mentioned.

Ample space in the 2-bedroom apartment for our family of 4; TVs in every room and with a kitchen. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Loved that coffee was always available!

Would be nice to have more fruit/vegetable options at breakfast.

We loved having 2 separate bedrooms, comfy bedding, 3 tvs, quietness. And a kitchen. The living room ottoman has a tray top for eating. Decent bedroom lighting for reading

No issue to us really…. kitchen cabinets, bathroom dated. Elevator is dated. We did not mind.

How convenient everything was to the hotel.

The loud noise from unattended girls on our 2nd night was ridiculous, but David at the front desk was a gem and addressed the issue professionally and courtiously.

Close to the eating area and Walmart.

The hallways are dark and there’s no sign where the elevator was located coming from the door on the left of the building. Also during breakfast, the person who was at the front desk was also the one refilling the breakfast. So it took a while for some food to be refilled like bagels. We couldn’t wait for it to be refilled because we needed to check out at a certain time. We were also surprised that the comforter was thin, we would expect it to be thicker being in Denver. I think for an old hotel in a smaller town to be charged $143/per night is too much. I just found a $77/night in downtown Denver. I’m taking back my husband to Denver this December.
