The room was spacious with a separate sitting area and couch. The floors were clean enough that I could walk without shoe, and that's a big thing for me. Beds and pillows were comfortable and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Things were warm and cold as needed. the bread for toast was not the freshest but ok, definitely not a deal breaker. I would stay again and refer others as well.

the only complaint we really had was in the fitness room, it is not a big one with a lot but the issue was the temperature, it was 80 degrees F inside with no way to adjust the temp and no fans. No way you could do a good cardio workout as I like to do at that temp. I did report to the staff who was going to call maintenance. The next morning it was still not fixed and then we left so not sure of the solution, may take a few days if repairs are needed. I can also adjust and do something else as well.

Very nice location, room was great for the most part. The tub/shower was not great. Breakfast was good.

In a 4 day stay our key had to be reprogrammed to unlock our door 3 times. None of those times did the staff even apologize, chosing instead to try to make it out that it was our fault. I found that to be terrible customer service. Oh, and only one of the two elevators was working. Not a lot of fun in a 4 story building.

The breakfast options were plentiful and ranged from health-conscious to waffle lovers delight. The front desk & all other associates were friendly and helpful. The property was clean, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient to all places we wanted to visit. We were in town for a wedding and this location was in close proximity to great hikes, restaurants, as well as the venue. This was my first stay in a Comfort Suites and I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the area.

We were booked on 4th floor of the highway side of the property which at times was a little noisy if a loud vehicle was passing by. I would definitely recommend requesting the 'mountain view' facing rooms.

"I don’t know if it was a new hotel, but the facility was clean, as if it were new. I booked a room with two queen beds, but surprisingly, there was an extra sofa bed. The shower and breakfast were nice. The gym was hot, set at 79 degrees, with full equipment. I’ve never enjoyed a hotel gym like this before.

My only regret is that there was no jacuzzi in the pool area. Also, When I wiped the couch, it was dirty.

The location is great it is between Denver and Estes Park, we were really going for the Rocky Mountain National Park but properties in Estes Park are much more expensive. The rooms are huge, well equipped, the hotel is modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was also spacious and everything was clean and new.

The staff was not really present in the morning they just slid the receipt under the door at 6 am instead of being at the front desk. There is breakfast but it was the usual really high carb cheap meal that is present in American motels ... waffles, some bread and cereal. It is true there was meat and eggs but they did not look appealing, I was expeting something nicer.

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. I do always appreciate Kleenex in our rooms when we travel, it's a nice touch and many properties don't do this anymore - thank you! The breakfast downstairs looked great even though we didn't use, and it was also a very nice to offer sunscreen samples at the front desk - most visitors to the area don't realize how strong the sun can be!

We really don't have anything negative. We came in for a large concert and surprised that the hotel was as quiet as it was. A very pleasant stay, and we will absolutely return next time we're in the area.

The breakfast had a wide variety of items. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus a variety of cereals, muffins, waffles, etc. It was clean and had enough room to get around. The lady was very nice. The room was a suite and very clean and nice. The bed was excellent!

The second day the hot items ran out before we arrived. They had started shutting down, but there was still other items available. They should not have started closing down prior to the closing time as some people left without breakfast.

It was immaculate. The beds were nice and comfortable. The hvac was working perfectly. Property was clean and pristine.

The pool area was very worn down. The entry card reader didn’t work. I got stuck out on the pool patio worth no way to get out cause the gate was padlocked.

Breakfast was surprising. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Nice variety of items. View was very pretty. Within walking distance to starbucks and eatery. Gave easy access to Broomfield and Westminster. Hotel was very clean. And I enjoyed conversing with the reservation desk staff. They were pleasant. Pool area was clean and water temp just right.

I don't have anything I disliked about my stay. I would certainly return.

we hit some snags in a road trip and the property was very helpful in changing our dates, and the rate stayed the same. the hotel was clean, quiet, and a great central location between boulder and denver, and really close to lots of nature as well.
