Great staff! Especially the valets. Excellent bar - fantastic selection of non-alcohol beverages and snacks. The amenities and the quality of the public areas were outstanding. Fabulous gym!

Need in room coffee service or at least a unsweetened canned coffee avail to buy because coffee not available in lobby before 5:30 am. Hot tub was bad - couldn’t get jets to work. Little loud in room. Could hear doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hall.

Bar service not able to handle rush and closed early with no service option for customer wanting a drink. I know we are in Boulder, but it’s not just a college bar that is missing. ADULTS, we need a place to hang after working hard on the show all day. Please take care of your adult wealthy clients and at least add some to go wine or something.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Great to have USB-contacts by the beds. Very good location for anyone visiting the university.

For a room with two beds, the door to the bathroom should be tighter, i.e. give more privacy. I would have appreciated the possibility to make coffee/tea in the room.

New, cool, comfortable. Good gym. Nice room. Nice staff. Good special at the bar. Lovely place to meet and have a drink. Comfortable sleep.

It’s a ghost town. (Am sure it won’t stay that way.) Very limited wine bottle selection. Strange set up of service. Have to go up and order food and bev. Nice person stops by to check on us but can’t get us food, doesn’t fill up water, can’t bring check, etc.

Staff was amazing. The facilities and design are very modern, tasteful and exciting. Especially love the roof.Reminded me of a mini Cosmopolitan (Vegas).Great location.

Only thing is the hotel is in the university frat house neighborhood. Everything is covered in glass and there is barely any parking

Bartending staff was the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. So friendly and lovely.

More space needed for clothes, shoes, bags, toiletries.

European style rooms - compact and efficient, but who hangs out in the hotel room when you’re in Boulder, CO. The common area lobby/bar is expansive and stylish. Did I mention Welcome Cocktails when you check in?!?!

The rooftop deck should be facing the Flat Irons.

Clean, rooms well designed, no closet but loads of hooks so very functional. Free drinks with the stay, kids loved the games and free snacks in the lobby.
