Clean, great staff, quiet and great view of the Flatirons. Checking suite was great! Pillows were down and very old and flat. They triggered a dry cough and stuffy nose. The microwave did not work and it looked like there might have been a fire previous to my stay. The dishwasher was so loud upon operation I had to change to rinse only and hand wash my dishes. Not a problem but they should upgrade. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were good, no bacon or sausage, the fruit was all from a can. Should have been fresh in the summer. There were bananas and apples. The French toast was horrible, cold and dry.

Hidden jewel! The roms are huge, comfy and very clean. Had the option of bringing both of my pups since I was in the area to attend my sons wedding, so we stayed overnight. Decided against it, but nice to know we had the option.We were tucked back in the corner, room 341, and this made it even more like home. Very quiet, even though some chatter from another room could be heard, but oh well. Brekfast was decent. The biscuits and gravy was surprisingly delish! The eggs were pretty good as well. Give my stay a 9.5, not much bad to say, great job!

A little pricey for one night. Paid $189.00 but you get what you pay for! Can't knock the hustle.

We love staying at the Hyatt House/Broomfield. It feels like a home away from home. The separate bedroom was exactly what we needed to make our almost two week stay there a comfortable one. The front desk staff was always welcoming and the breakfast staff put out a great breakfast every morning. Having a pool table for some afternoon fun is another great asset.

The waste baskets could be a bit bigger, especially with the units having a kitchen.

First time here & I liked my room very much. Basically, like a little apartment :) I loved that it was quiet at night, so I slept fantastic! The front desk folks were super nice and helpful. Overall, I liked this hotel very much :)

Oddball location - there are no restaurants, gas stations or department stores. There's a car dealership, another hotel and an apartment complex down the street. So, it is not at all a walkable location, unless all you want is Starbucks (which is around the corner) you need a car to go out and for food/shopping. That would not deter me from a future stay though :)

This property was immaculate from the parking area to the front desk. We were greeted by the front desk person, who was polite, professional and cheerful. This has not been a regular thing in hospitality as of late. We live locally and had a date night, the two girls at the front desk gave us excellent recommendations for new things we hadn't tried in the area. The room was perfectly clean, no random strangers hairs anywhere. This will definitely be a place we stay again and send family members who come to visit to also. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. Thank you so much !

There is nothing negative I can say about this property

The breakfast was good tasting but you should consider making your eggs with the chili and without the chili. The potatos were hard, maybe steaming we improve them. All of the free drinks were great !! The coffee should be available all day and night. It is not a very good tasting coffee. Maybe two different kinds, dark roast and a lighter roast would be great !!

It’s very nice & would probably stay again in this area if opportunity arises. We chose this property based on amenities…after traveling 7 hours & attending a state soccer playoff game, we just really wanted to get to hotel & call the day done. Amenities say “restaurant” …but the reality is they just have a few appetizers (4) available in the bar and none of them were GF options. The pizza place within walking distance stopped taking door dash orders at 8:25p and closed at 9p. Was grateful they made pizza for us at 859p but was nothing to rave about. Will directly call next destination hotel to get info on their “restaurant”. HH was definitely a 1000% better than the Qualty Inn up by FOCO we stayed at last year but again chose for “restaurant” amenity…hookers/drugs all night long :(

We've stayed here previously and this is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly.

I wish they enforced people picking up poop outside when their dogs are outside more. There was trim missing on the bar that had some finishing nails sticking out.

Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and mostly clean. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived on a stormy night and they we very helpful to get us (and our 2 cats) arrived and into our room quickly.

I shared with the front desk that there was some mold in the bathroom sink overflow drain that needed to be cleaned. Found some food and trash debris on the carpet in the room. Part of the microwave oven above the oven door came loose and fell down. I was able to snap it back in and told the front desk that it might need to be looked at so it doesn't fall down on the next guest.

So so nice! Spacious room with full kitchen ( we had the king suit room), bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean and nice. Enough space in our room for 2 adults and our 1 year old. Fitness center had good equipment. Breakfast had a lot of options and seemed very fresh.

All was good!
