Great location. Loved the bar and the pool. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning. Washers and dryers on site were a huge plus ($8 per wash+dry and it takes about 60-80min total) as my kids get quite messy.

My only con was the pool. It felt cold so my guess it’s heated but not to a point of feeling very comfortable. They do have a hot jacuzzi right next to it so you can warm up but the kids felt too cold to swim anyhow Everything we might’ve had an issue with was taken care of so can’t say that we didn’t like something specific about our room

Charge for parking - I paid it but the carpark directly outside were all free so I paid $25 per day for no reason at all which was super expensive and not needed. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was filled with people going to a conference so hard to get food and a seat. Someone charged a drink to my room as you only had to give a room number - not a surname. It was fixed but I had to go to reception to sort it out.

Kriss at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and spacious; however, the layout could be improved. The design of the bathroom door is awkward, and the shower setup allows water to splash onto the floor due to the lack of a curtain or door.

Breakfast buffet was cold, potatoes under cooked and very limited options.

The location of the hotel was actually a great location for our visit with our granddaughter. The room was very spacious and comfortable for us and guests that visited. We liked the kitchenette as we made lunch one day for us and our guests.

Parking was very difficult for the garage area that was an additional charge for daily. Not all cars are compact enough to accommodate these tight parking spaces. Our view was nothing to look at but brick walls!

First and foremost, the staff is excellent! The room was spacious and comfortable. Great shower pressure! The breakfast was far better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. There are restaurants and services within easy walking distance.

The only downside to our room was that it faced the loading dock of a large hardware store. Delivery trucks dropped off pallets of merchandise very early in the morning waking us up both days.

Large room and comfortable beds. Plenty of storage for clothes and a large bathroom. Breakfast area was clean, spacious and comfortable and plenty of options to choose from.

The parking is not well marked. As a booking.com reservation, hotels ALWAYS put you at the room closest to the elevator which is annoying. Fortunately, you can, and I always do, request a different room or place a comment in the special request section when booking.

Hotel itself, very nice employees, clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, and nice location. included breakfast was a nice feature, but we preferred the Woodgrain Bagel Shop close by!

Excessive loud noise very early in the morning outside by McGuckin Hardware - it was either a trash truck emptying dumpsters, or large delivery trucks. Not the fault of the hotel, but it disturbed my sleep each night.

Breakfast is nice - something for everyone and good hours. Happy hour is nice in the evening and the location is wonderful for Pearl Street Mall and CU Boulder. Staff is always very accommodating!

Nice sized room with plenty of drawers for storage. It had a full kitchen, refrigerator and dishwasher for those wanting to prepare their own meals. Nice breakfast that was included. Close to the university and to Pearl Street shopping.

Location was excellent. Front of house staff exceptional (Especially Bella) Bar man Eric was brilliant too.

I felt the cost was a little over priced. I understand it was a particularily busy weekend with CU playing at home but i did book, confirm and pay for my stay in July. When I went on the web site a week before my visit the room rate had dropped significantly to almost half of what i originally paid.
