Breakfast was nice, glad they had fruit. I could run next store to Marriott Courtyard and get my Starbucks. Absolutely enjoyed the stay--Kelly at front desk was amazing, professional, informative, VERY helpful. I gave mostly 9 because gym was small (but Kelly said we could use gym at Courtyard) and pool was heavily chlorinated--nice that no smell of chlorination penetrated the facilities. Ample parking, ideal for getting around to so many sites like Estes Park, downtown Denver, Lookout Mountain, etc.

Great breakfast as usual for Residence Inns. Beautiful and clean facilities all around. Truly a home away from home. Not expensive, great value. great customer service; we booked through a 3rd party, but when we had to change dates and shorten our trip, we had to call the hotel directly. The staff was perfectly accommodating, even the day before on short notice. Great location on the from range with easy access to Rt 6 and I70, perfect for ski resort commuting and to/from Denver airport. There is also a Mariott Courtyard next door where I had stayed before and it is also excellent.

The only flaw (if you call it that) is that the hot tub that had been located on the pool deck, was now tiled over. Gonzo. kaput. I blame Co-vid.

We had a short stay but the room was great. It was clean and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower since I forgot our shampoo. The view was mid but they had a basketball court and a pool. Nice location, next to some coal food joints and a liquor store.

Was not a huge fan of the paid parking for only one night.

A few staff a little frosty and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable- we asked for a proper duvet instead of a single sheet and ended up in a battle. However we enjoyed our stay. in the room silverware and plates missing, also at breakfast they ran out of forks and spoons !

Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Pool room had AC on so when you got out of the pool you turned into and ice cube. Great location would stay again if they turn up AC or turn it off completely.

Other then the pool room being cold are stay was excellent

The breakfast was very cold. We went down as soon as it started it was like they did not have the warmers on to keep the food hot. The toaster also did not work.

The staff, the cleanliness, accommodations, free breakfast, location. The ability to bbq outside or cook in our own room. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We are definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family. Thanks for everything!!!

I wish the hotel would leave items in the bathrooms, like shower caps and bath soap.

Facilities were gorgeous and comfortable.

They advertise as a pet friendly hotel, which they are, but I wish they also informed in advance of the very very high charge they have for bringing a pet. It was five to ten time higher than what other hotels charge to have a pet and I was only informed of the actual charge at the time of check in, when it was too late to go elsewhere.
