Loved that there was an almond milk option besides milk. I also enjoyed the different options of jacuzzi use for indoor or outdoor use. I really appreciate the fact that the hotel accompanied my disability suggestion thru the messenger app thru booking. The staff was very welcoming. Thank you so much for the stay during our friends wedding. Family-friendly hotel.

The eggs and sausage tasted gross, in my opinion. Maybe choose a different brand? Maybe have more fresh cut-up fruit as an option (watermelon/melon/grapes, etc). Or another option of having granola as an addition to add with the yogurt. Maybe add hardboiled eggs as an option, too? The water pressure for our shower wasn't the best, but it still got the job done with a bit longer of a shower, unfortunately.

Breakfast was kept hot and good options. Location convenient and easy to get to. Great to be within walking distance to a decent restaurant. Bed/pillows were quite comfortable.

Room rate increased for one night without notice. Decreased the value rating for my stay. While location near highway is convenient, rooms on highway side should get som extra sound dampening for the noise.

Great location and staff. Some of the best pet friendly facilities we've found (direct walkout from room to pet area). Great location - right off the interstate, a block away from Walmart and Starbucks - Guido's Pizza 1 exit down is spectacular!

Pricing isn't terrible but it's a touch high compared to similar stays in the area. Unlikely to find anything better for a pet stay but may have decent similar options for non pet stays.

The facility was very clean, well kept and the staff were very friendly.

There was a lot of remodeling and construction going on when we were there--work started early. They did a very good job minimizing it interrupting guest stays, etc. The sheets on our beds were well loved--and some had tiny holes all over them. Breakfast was picked over early, so if you want everything, get up early!

Clean, large rooms. Solid breakfast, pool, and hot tubs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Direct access to outdoors for pet friendly rooms.

No restaurants within walking distance but several within 5 minutes drive and Walmart is handy.

Patio rooms for pets, hot tub and pool inside plus hot tubs outside as well, rooms have mini fridge and microwave plus two sinks. I also appreciate that the sink is outside from the wc. Nice warm fire place in the lobby. Yummy complimentary breakfast.

High beds were awkward

The location is nice, good amenities. Nice gym room, pool and hot tub. Outdoor hot tub was nice! Free breakfast daily. Nice room with balcony.

The walls are thin, I could hear the next room's television clearly. Water pressure in the shower was atrocious, I'd call it a trickle. The sauna is a dry sauna and not a wet sauna.

All of the staff at this hotel were extremely nice. Buck the dog will greet you. He is the hotel dog! The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices! The pumpkin spice waffles were so good! Great location! Evergreen is an adorable town! We were there for a wedding at the Evergreen Lake House. It was only 10 minutes away.The hotel is quiet and very clean. The day we stayed, it snowed 3 inches! We went to the outdoor hot tub and it was a great experience!

The indoor hot tub was out of order. The pool was cold. We did not mind, but daily cleaning of your room is not available. They only cleaning is on your departure.

I liked where It was located in the trees so pretty.

The room we booked supposed to have had two TVs because that’s what it showed when we booked it. So my grandson got let down that he didn’t get to watch TV because his older sisters watched what they wanted.

Clean modern tasteful decor staff friendly, location great for Denver and Idaho Springs Mt Evans

I thought it would be much louder, busy and chaotic so close to the highway but not at all. Designed to feel much more secluded than it is.
