Spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Fan/temp easy to control.

No lights on by rooms at night. Consider more visible numbering of rooms. Cannot see from car, have to get out and walk to the door. Hot water ran out after 1/2 of one shower, other person couldn’t shower. Towels need upgrade. Bathroom needs maintenance upgrade, stains on wall. Lights reflect in from windows/skylights in early am. Front desk person was courteous and willing to stay late for check in when running behind.

Travelling on motorcycles and arrived earlier than expected. Staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour earlier than expected. Room was on the back side of the building and right next door to a Safeway store. It is an older establishment, a little bit in disrepair. But the room was nice and clean, a/c cold, bathroom worked well. Even had bar chairs on the front porch where we could sit outside and enjoy a cold beverage. We visited with several of the locals as they walked by. Very positive experience.

Room overall is OK & clean for an old motel. The front desks were nice & helpful. Coffee maker, Friz & microwave worked fine. It was more than I expected comparing to the internet reviews. The price is more reasonable comparing to other places near the ski resort area.

The WiFi wasn't stable. No breakfast.

Good location across from the gold mine and about 8 tenths of a mile walk to downtown. Friendly staff, fairly quiet also in-room fridge and microwave

I think having a key to the deadbolt and a safe would make me feel more secure. It may well be that there is only small-town crime here, but without the deadbolt, which you cannot lock from the outside (but can from the inside) the door would be easy to defeat. The Furnature and such is older, but clean so in my mind perfectly acceptable for the value.

Cute little motel from back in the day which has been comfortably brought up to date. Excellent bed, clean restroom. Even a little coffee machine. The woman running the place was consistently pleasant and helpful. Having the Safeway right next door was a real convenience.

Nothing, other than that I had to check out so soon.

I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect, and while it is an older property, everything was very clean and functioned in the room. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was sufficiently strong. The front desk allowed me to keep my car parked on the property while I ran the Georgetown to Idaho Springs half marathon.

The window did not have a curtain that covered it so light came in, but it wasn't too bad.

This property is a perfect location between Denver and Brecckenridge. The rooms have new flooring. They have a Keurig microwave small refrigerator desk, dresser nightstands confits chair. The bedding is nice. The towels are fluffy. The staff is wonderful would definitely recommend and will come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. We liked everything about the property. It’s convenient and homey. And the staff is very kind and helpful, as well

Just the small parking lot on the east side of complex. It was a little tight.

The location was great! Very central to the historic downtown. The room itself we stayed in was great, with a mini fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and other things. If you're going to stay in Idaho Springs, I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The hotel had a person at the desk who was very helpful in identifying my room and comfort.

The specific room I was assigned had water leaking out of the small refrigerator....I think ice remained from the previous folks..and it was mild, along the wall.
