Bed was comfortable, bathroom was dated but clean. I would have liked a way to get from the resort to the slopes (cabriolet) without driving. A walkway across the street and over the hill towards the Vintage and tubing slopes would have been great.

Parking was full twice (with some apparently abandoned vehicles) and we had to circle around, and/or 4x4 into a spot.

The location near the town center of Winter Park suited my needs (this was fall, not ski season, a time when the hotel's proximity to the ski area would be quite useful). The room was comfortable and adequate. Not much of a view from my northside window. Breakfast might have been good, but there was a problem with delivery of enough food, so I was not served; however, the hotel more than adequately made up for this - I appreciated their making things more than right. I mainly came to enjoy a drive on some of the backroads in the area so I could see the beautiful aspen in their fall colors, and I'll attach a photo from my drive.

I'd like the hotel, we stay two weeks, the first room was rundown, but the second roo.e with the view, we loved it

Not very clean hallways, no towels in seeming area all the time. We had a feeling, like is shortish in staff

Nice property close to slopes and on bus route. The bus was a game changer for easy access to the slopes and includes parking door the day on the slopes. Nice, simple rooms. Great value this close to the slopes.

The smell of marijuana was overwhelming at times. This a place where family comes. They don’t want their kids to be smelling this stuff or be around it.

Great location. Ski resort just across the highway. Frequent and convenient free local bus picks you up at hotel and drops you off at the ski resort

Restaurant and bar was excellent, especially the guy running it!

Far too noisy fridge in 223 and nothing was done about it when reported. Very hard to sleep at night.

the staff was amazing, costumer service was 10/10. location was also perfect for my specific travel (we were skiing) because it is across the street from base of winter park. the bartenders were also 15/10 great quality people and drinks!!

it was super outdated and the rooms specifically didn’t seem clean… there was a few gross stains on the comforter

Location, proximity to the mountains and surrounding small towns. The beds were comfortable and the staff was understanding and kind.

Thank you very much for using compostable material. Cups etc. were not styrophome but eco friendly products. I mostly appreciated this. The staff was hard working and friendly. The location was excellent. We skid in Mary Jane and it was great.

I think that it was as good as could be expected for the price and location.
