The beds and room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel room overall was nice, but the bathroom was really small and oddly shaped. It got humor really fast when someone was showering and both mirrors were inside the bathroom (would be nice to have a mirror in the room while others are using the bathroom). And we could hear everything that was happening in the hallway. We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night when people walked down the hallway and were talking. The hot tub being in a separate building was also inconvenient, because it was cold outside at night.

Everything. We usually stay at a rental home in WP, but it was booked for the season. This hotel had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Housekeeping provided plenty of towels on day 1; we didn't have to ask for more. Walking distance to everything on Main Street.

Nothing really. Everything was great and the lobby was warm and cozy upon arrival.

Rooms were clean, I was greeted at check-in by first name ( impressive), breakfast was good and well stocked considering I usually sleep in and catch it during the last hour of availability. Front desk clerks were very polite and understanding when i voiced my concerns over the pet rooms issue.

So my main issue here is with Booking.com mainly and not the hotel. When booking for a pet friendly room on line, no where on the app does it specify that only Queen rooms are pet friendly. Upon arrival I checked in expecting the King room I booked, specified i had a pet, and was told I had to take a PF Queen room or pay an additional $75, which is stated on the BW website but not on Booking.com. This is highly aggravating and inconvenient to those needing a King bed. I dont mind paying the pet fee anywhere i go. However if there are hotel policies pertaining to pet rooms, Booking.com needs to also have those policies stated on their website as well. Also the parking lot is quite small for those of us traveling in larger trucks, such as dually's.

Clean nice place. Location perfect for walking, right on the main street for eating and shopping. The bed and pillows was very comfortable in the room we stayed and we do not say that ever! Cannot comment on breakfast since we had to leave early. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was so friendly, it was actually amazing. They really made you feel comfortable and at home. I very much appreciated the level of service. The breakfast was also great, loved the green chili they had (the breakfast potatoes could have def been crispy but that’s okay)!

The other people who were staying around us kept going in and out of their rooms often and the doors slammed shut so loud it made you jump every time. Also just the noise carrying from the halls was a lot, you could hear everyone’s conversations with no difficulty. BUT besides those two things truly everything was great

Less than a 10’ drive from the Winter Park Ski area in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Nice, clean room with plenty of amenities. Welcoming staff. Very good breakfast included with a variety of hot and cold foods. Very accommodating to disabled guests as they was a group of handicapped skiers from the UK staying and a Winter Park shuttle picked them up at the door.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bed was super comfy. I travel a lot for work, and typically don’t take the time to write a review, but felt this needed a positive comment. When I checked in, Nancy, the general manager, greeted me in the most courteous way as a guest could be expected. She thoroughly explained the amenities of the resort to me and explained that she had skilled staff that would be working on site to assist me. There was a super nice, friendly staff member that was working the night shift that really impressed me. Her name was Virginia. She was super friendly and offered helpful advice and assistance to make my stay in Winter Park pleasant. Also, just as an outside observer, I observed Virginia politely deal with some rude guests in the best professional manner as possible. She calmly worked the problem and resolved it and calmed all parties involved. I was impressed. I kind of want to recruit Virginia for my company actually.

No complaints for my one stay.

Great location close to restaurants and about 10 min drive to the slopes They have complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day, which is nice

Great breakfast. The girl working the kitchen rocks! Had a small issue which was addressed by the female graveyard manager and again in the am with Misty. Parking lot was busy. Great town. Great hotel. Ate at the Smoke House across the street. Yum

More Handicap parking spaces please

Great location, hot breakfast with limited cereal selections was otherwise well stocked. Room had faint odor of gas, helped with turning on fan but then the room got cold. Hot tub is basic but nice. Older hotel, the elevator was not working, fortunately we had no trouble with the stairs. Stayed for a ski vacation.
