We had a great experience at this hotel, nicely done across the board. Clean, very well maintained facilities! Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely no issues at all! Great location close to everything. Walking distance to the downtown shops with a grocery store across the street. Great choice, we would highly recommend!

We stayed on the first floor. I could hear people walking in the room above us. Not too bad, but it was noticeable. Wasn’t that bad, however at 5am it was odd to have this person walking around loudly for 45 minutes. Not a deal killer at all, could have been someone with boots on that were loud on the floor?

What defines any property is the staff and your interaction with them. Two standout - Jonae who was able to find us a room when booking.com had canceled our reservation! And Victor, who helped get us back to the train station. Not an easy feat in Fraser. The room was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast offered lots of options and was well stocked.

Have no complaints - in fact I was impressed that in a sold out property I never heard any noise from adjoining rooms.

Great room, with panoramic view

WiFi is practically not existing (few kbit/s) and my card was debited with extra 50USD for incidental damages. I have travellled in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and Montana in the last 8 days, but this nowhere was done. If I fuel up my car, extra debit is immediately refund. The hotel said 3-6 working day is the refund. Why?

The night clerk recommended we go to Randi's Pub & Grill and it was good! The room was a good size and comfy.

The alarm clock was set to go off at 6AM, which we didn't set and disrupted our needed sleep! I turned it Off, but the next morning it went off again at 6AM! UGH!!

Exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond. One afternoon as I was chatting with one of the staff, I mentioned that my niece loved a yogurt they had a day before but unfortunately, they were out that morning. Sure enough one of the staff went and bought it at a store and delivered it to our room. And as we were planning to do a little gender reveal party after dinner in the breakfast room, the front desk employee offered to give us a board room so we could have some privacy. Absolutely exceptional customer service & great location. Recommend it 100%

Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise! The scope and quality... It was mentioned in the reviews but I didn't put much stock in it until we experienced it first hand. Also, all of the employee interactions were wonderful... very eager to help and positive. Genuinely didn't get big chain, corporate hotel vibes, which was a good thing...

The location of hotel is very convenient to the Fraser-winter Park area. The facility is clean and the breakfast is good.

We were assigned to a handicap room and was told we couldn’t switch rooms because we booked through a third party.

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were there to help us with whatever we needed. Great breakfast and loved that I could get coffee or hot chocolate anytime throughout the day. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to restaurants and stores so walking for what we needed was even an option. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay!

The front desk was wonderful!! Extremely helpful and friendly!! The breakfast was delicious with lots of options!! One of our favorite breakfast in any hotel!

The price was high, but was able to save $200 by booking through booking.com

It was a good location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast was nice.

Only two snags....We had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes to check in Sunday evening as there was none at the desk. The room we were checked into (310) had a terrible odor we detected immediately. The front desk rectified it immediately and assigned us to a different room.
