Beautiful hotel in the middle of winterpark. Location was perfect. It's a bit old but everything was neat and clean. The condo was large and very comfortable. Had a small balcony with an amazing view of the village. Had all the amenities and kitchenet. Bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean. Soundproofing was great!

Shower pressure was too much, but it was adjustable. There is no mini mart or restaurant inside the hotel. There are only 2 elevators. You will have to walk a long way through the hallway if your condo is far away from the elevator.

It's location was perfect and there is so much to do at the resort. We were there during the summer and the alpine slide was a BLAST! We rode it over and over again. Gondola to the top was awesome too. A lot of places there and in town close REALLY early, but they just don't seem to have staff to keep them open later, so be prepared for that. It might be different during the winter when their ski season is in full swing. No AC, so since they were on the warmer side of July it was a little stuffy in our room, but the box fans provided kept the cool air moving from outside, so it wasn't a bid deal.

Both got hot tub rash … hot tub was also not full enough for jets to work. Second tub closed. Bed was soft - could feel old springs. Tv in bedroom didn’t work.

Location is spot on at the base of the mountain. It is the farthest point from the ski school area. Luckily there's wagons to help get your children to school. This made it easier than walking and carrying their supplies.

The distance to ski school was far.

That the gondolas and rentals were near. Also starbucks saved our lives a couple times in the mornings. Fast and nice.

The convenience store should close later. Also, the jacuzzi was under maintenance and we couldn't enjoy it. Also the parking was super expensive.

A perfect location and hotel room in the perfect location. The resort had everything we needed for our stay. We when during an off-day Sunday-Monday most store was closed due to restock. But it was still an amazing stay. Most deginitely going back for a longer stay.

Amtrak train not running their, being under construction. Would have love the train ride their.

Too hot in rooms, recliner and sofa uncomfortable. Carpet was quite stained and looked dirty

My condo was beautiful , convenient access to restaurants and the gondolas.

Struggled with getting temp in condo above 63 degrees. Used fireplace to achieve comfort.

i have noticed in 2 BOOKING .com condos that there is no hand soap in the kitchen. i think there should be hand soap in the kitchen along with dish soap. i have to steal a bar of soap from the bathroom then the bathroom doesn’t have hand soap and gross… foil and Saran Wrap would be very nice in the kitchen also…doesn’t need to be a new box. but otherwise condos are clean and nicely stocked with bath towels. overall great places to stay.

Great location! Plenty of food around the area and everything is walkable distance. Hot tubs were very nice after a long day of skiing and with beautiful views!
