I appreciate very much the location is near town but not noisy and easily accessible for those of us who enjoy walking and hiking-trail is convenient, food and laundry not far. The staff is never abrupt even though I ask a few questions and they are kind and considerate and very customer oriented. I feel safe all hours of the day and will miss this motel. It is not every day that a person can have what they give, simple straightforward decency.

There really is nothing that they could do better, they are on it.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the amenities were pretty good. Having a stove and large sink in your room is a nice bonus, there just aren't any cooking utensils or pots/pans.

We were bummed out to find out the hot tub was not open due to maintenance. The cost for the place is overpriced, but it's every where in the area due to the proximity to the ski resort, just not really worth $200+ with no free breakfast or hot tub/pool.

They are outstanding people who treated me with decency and understanding when I went through unexpected medical issues and were very helpful in making sure I was comfortable and could have what I needed. They are genuine, organized and homey.

Very clean! This is a big deal, and the exceptional cleanliness sets the standard for others. Small, but comfy and perfect for the price. Friendly and helpful staff/manangement/owner (the person I interacted with could have been any of the 3….). Great place, I will be back. Forgot QUIET!!!

It was a quaint but very comfortable inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. The fact they didn't allow pets was wonderful as both of us have allergies to pet dander. Close to places to eat and getting into Rocky Mountain National Park.

They are kind, patient & polite people who are ready to help and work hard to keep the property clean and safe.

Great motel within good distance to both Fraser and Granby. Very clean. Very nice king sized bed! Excellent staff with recommendations for dinner. Would recommend for a quick weekend trip.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. There is a nice walking path close to the hotel that goes down across a beautiful creek. Great dinner at Brick House 40. Very cute Ace Hardware in town.

It’s a little dated and could use new bed spreads that lend themselves to easier daily washing. Its pricey for an older hotel-yet this area is expensive

Everything about my extended stay was better than expected, and I appreciated the service of all the staff, including Harriet, Michael and Marsha who were always Very helpful during my stay.

The guy at check in was super friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. Nice size. Lots of parking. Great lighting. Great location.

I didn't like just the basic cable that was available. The cost was a little over my business budget. No breakfast.
