Nice staff and nice large rooms. Nice game area for sitting with friends. Great listening to creek water flow outside.

We were hikers and need to leave first thing in the morning. Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t start breakfast until 8AM and doesn’t have any coffee until 8AM. When we hiked in Winter Park and stayed at the Best Western they had a great breakfast at 6:15AM and 24 hour coffee. This was great. So if you get an early start there is a breakfast place close that is open, but it is frustrating to pay for a stay with breakfast but have to go somewhere else and pay more to get it.

The room was next to the creek and could here it all day very peaceful.

Hot tub was advertised but did have one.

Great location and beautiful property right in the middle of Nederland so easy to walk to restaurants, bars, the Carousel of Happiness and great coffee shops!

Would be good to be accurate on listing - specifically the listing says complimentary breafkast included and then after booking is done, the receipt says no meal plan... When we got there and checked in, the staff said continental breakfast is only on weekends, not weekdays. Please make accurate info on listing for travelers. Thank you!

Breakfast was great, with lactose free milk! staff was helpful and super friendly. There are personal touches everywhere to make the spot feel more welcoming. The spot was comfortable and really well located to walk everywhere.

The hotel is well maintained, but the bed is ready for replacement.

Breakfast is very sad. Please treat your customers with respect. Your prices are pretty high. Been there several times but if you don't change it to satisfaction, I will go to other places. I still gave you 8 rating as I trust you will fix this. It's easy!

The area has a rugged charm, the back patio was pleasant, the room was spacious with doors between the main room and the pullout couch seating area. We would stay here again, but....

.the facilities are a bit worn, especially the sofa bed and the linens for it. Difficulty with keys both for our room and being locked out on the back or side patio. The young staff cleaning the rooms and managing the front desk were very young and therefore inexperienced. I can't imagine my own teenagers/young adults doing any better however.

The staff, the vibes the location, the breakfast--what a gem of a spot. Thought we'd be bored in between seasons, but it was amazing--great dining spots within walking distance, a grocery store, a hiking trail. Come check them out when you're in the area!

The location was wonderful, right downtown and on the river. The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. The value was right on target. The rooms were extremely spacious. Lot's of breakfast options. We can't wait to stay again

The breakfast could use a boost… but beggars can’t be choosers and they have my fave cereal.

Beautiful location, we opened our windows and enjoyed the sound of the creek behind our room. Friendly staff that gave us great restaurant recommendations a short walk away. Very accommodating as we were traveling with two ESA cats, lots of space.
