Location was Great. The Room was very quite which was a huge plus! The amount of available food options. Plenty of parking on site in a covered garage. Free drinks at bar & soda stands.

The restaurants were a bit pricey for us. Although we didn't have any issues we were surprised at the semi-lack of security such as you can go straight to the room from the parking garage elevators & don't have to scan your room key therefor allowing anyone to get to any floor they want. Also, lack of servers as nobody ever came around & asked us if we wanted a drink (even a soda) while gambling.

The facilities were more than adequate. Room was spacious and we enjoyed our balcony. The hotel food was also pretty good when we got room service. We went for our anniversary and on another trip and both times enjoyed our stay. Wish they had complimentary breakfast, but hey the value is great!

The AC on our first stay did not work which was unfortunate. Luckily, the cool night time air kept our room decent, but that wouldn’t be great in the summer. Other than that, we’re happy to stay again!

Very nice hotel, easy drive from Denver if you don’t mind that it takes about 40 minutes. Puts you in close proximity to the mountains, golden gate state park, Idaho Springs, etc. The free on-site parking was easy to find and always had available spots even during busier times. The wifi worked well, good enough to handle work video calls.

In the 3 nights we stayed, our room was never cleaned, and the bottled water never refilled (which they say is included in the $16/day resort fee)

Nice location, big and spacious, lots of slot machines, tables, hotel was a good price, and had plenty of slot options for different gaming experiences, Free drinks! Comfortable beds, room was decent, complimentary coffee and water was nice. Loved that they had walk-in showers, & drinks were decently made.

Having to pay extra for using the ticket machine to cash in tickets was ridiculous, Pricey food & not a lot of food options, waitress were for the most part rude, no free options for snacks or breakfast not even bagels. Should have bonuses are more for people who are staying at the hotel. No microwaves in rooms to warm up leftovers

Great stay. Nice location. Friendly hotel staff. Casino staff were friendly but hardly smiled. At least act like you enjoy your job. Most table dealers didn't look inviting. A smile and a "good morning or afternoon or evening" go a long way. The parking garage area was pretty gross looking. While there was no visible trash, there were areas that appeared to be dried vomit areas. It kinda smelled that way, too. Hotel rooms were nice. But, the bathrooms could use an active exhaust fan for steam and odors.

The tiny refrigerator is actually pointless. It wasn't at all cold. I wouldn't even say it was cool. The bed was pretty hard. I woke up stiff and sore. The elevators were stuffy and humid. Restaurant hours should be better posted. Roxy's not being open 7 days a week is a missed opportunity. It doesn't need all day hours. Just be open.

Breakfast was good. Service was very slow, in being greeted and seated. They seemed understaffed so we were understanding. The coffee wasn’t worth five bucks.

Our room was a bit stuffy and had an odd odor. We drove a ways to get there and also needed to freshen up for a wedding; even though our room was ready we had to pay a fee to check in a little ahead of time and had to meet our shuttle ride at the same time we were to check in.

This is a casino property. Was not fancy but was really convenient for us. Parking was available near the elevators making it easy to come and go. Casino was not crowded and there was an outdoor smoking area with machines which kept the smoke out of the casino. Games were not stingy. Free drinks when playing. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No complaints honestly.

Nothing really.

Room was nice

Only one hanger, no information about the food options or promotions. Coffee tasted soapy, maybe coffee maker wasn’t clean? We asked what the resort fee was for and the person at the desk basically named all the amenities that normally are included in a room( soap, shampoo, water bottles , cable, even room service, which I don’t think they even have)

The casino. Machines were good and you could find a few with minimum under 75 cents. We had a Jr suite and it was very spacious. Nice view of mountains.

The thermostat read that it was set for 65 degrees but it was hot in the room. Luckily we could open the windows and experience the fresh cool night mountain air.

The service was Great! I am for sure coming back. Felt safe for the time I was there. Plenty of fun when on a vacation. Even though there was construction on the road up and down. The time was spent well.

Room prices for off season. Not enough attention to the room that I was charged for $$$. Especially the bathroom. The shower was O.K. The bathroom could have had more attention to maintenance.
