The staff, Amber, waited for my arrival to check in after her business hours. She contacted me beforehand but I was driving and did not see her message. Amber helped me change from a 2-floor to a ground floor room without issues. My legs were broken after long hikes in RMNP, so I was quite appreciated for her kindness. Room has standard furniture and devices.

The fridge is noisy when it is working, so I had to unplug it to have a quiet sleeping environment. The water closet in bathroom has its seat mat unconnected to the closet body. The seat mat dropped to the ground when I firstly used the closet. Breakfast is brief but there is not a formal seating area for breakfast. The sofas are few and far from table.

The property was in a great location for us and right on the creek. There were places to eat within walking distance and a nice complimentary breakfast. They allowed us to park our RV out front across the street. We stay in hotels when our son is visiting.

When I went to check under the beds for lost items, it was quite dirty and you could tell the box spring had been ripped apart by an animal. We have a dog that doesn’t leave a trace. I had allergies the entire time in the room and I suspect a cat had been there before. The room could use an upgrade and a deep clean.

The staff were super nice. The character of the property being older, you can see they’ve been updating things, was super cute. The pool was older but we had no concerns swimming in it and honestly, my whole family absolutely loved it. The welcoming atmosphere is definitely unmatched. It’s family friendly. We felt safe by its location, we’ve experienced crappy places to stay and this is NOT one of them. This was a very nice place to stay. We’d stay again with no hesitation. Don’t expect a wide array for a continental breakfast but what they had was decent.

Spare keys! We unfortunately experienced locking ourselves out since you only get one key, BUT, the staff was super nice about unlocking our door for us. Parking lot is not meant for larger vehicles. Again, this is an older property with a lot of character, but parking isn’t conducive for super large vehicles. We have a half ton extended cab and full box and that’s about all I’d consider driving here due to the tight parking space.

Great spot in the middle of many ski areas! Very friendly staff, easy parking, nice continental breakfast spread in the morning.

A little noisy at night (could hear everything my upstairs neighbor was doing) but I got some ear plugs and was ok

The breakfast was good, it was just located in such a small area only one person at a time could be in there. We had to just grab what we could and take it back to our room.

It did get a bit warm in the room in the late afternoon and evenings. We had to put the fan up on top of the furniture to circulate some of the cool outside air into the room. But I know a/c is rare in Colorado

The hotel is amazing—clean, warm, and comfortable. And the people are separate—I felt like visiting good friends. All my issues were resolved immediately. We took the class and had to leave the hotel much before breakfast (nothing open this time). The lady in reception gave us breakfast and a coffee maker :)

We chose this hotel as it was listed with "Breakfast included" The other hotels in town were listed as :Continental breakfast included" We both wanted a hot breakfast. On arrival we were told the breakfast was continental. I was not pleased. We has to go out and spend extra at the Happy Cooker, where the breakfast was excellent. Warm room as it was cold, but no A/C so would be very hot in summer. Severe shortage of power points. No USB

Easy to find. Good overall breakfast offering. Pleasant little town. We were there for just an overnight on our road trip, but this was one of our better stays and values for the money. Close to Denver and close to our next destination. We would have stayed in Denver, but everything we saw was a rip off, this was just a little bit further down the road and we are glad that we made the drive. Staff super helpful and friendly.

No real complaints. Georgetown is a little mountain town, so the property is a simple roadside motel. I would consider staying there again.

Good continental breakfast in a unique lobby. Quiet location within walking distance of the historic downtown. Grocery store one block away. Hot tub and pool. Refrigerator and microwave in the room.

No complaints. This has been out third stay here for an annual ski trip.

We stayed here overnight on our return trip home. It is very easy to get to off of interstate 70. It is an older motel-type inn, but our room was clean and very quiet. We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Pete - at the front desk - was very helpful. Some beautiful scenery surrounding Georgetown. We ate a late lunch at a brewery type restaurant by the lake. Good food in a very pretty setting. We left very early the next morning, so I don’t know if they had any breakfast items, other than coffee.
