The condo was lovely! Very clean and had everything we needed.
Our particular condo was drafty. Several windows didn’t seal well and the wind slipped through.

easy to get to, very clean, good value
the hot water heater needs to be updated or fixed. you could only have a 5 min shower before the water turned ice cold and then wait another 30 mins for the next person.

The location was great as we normally stay at our timeshare # 4404, but we had so many family members coming this year we had to rent a 2nd condo. We cooked our own meals due to COVID we stayed away from many great areas. We did use the spa and enjoyed time in pools/hot tubs.
Could be updated at bit, the pullout was not comfortable as the mattress is beyond it's use.

The condo was amazing, everything that we needed was in the condo. The location was great, the supermarket, restaurants, Winter Park was a 10 minute drive down the road, and the Frazier Tubing Hill and Colorado Adventures was in close proximity. I would definitely stay there again, as well as recommending the Pines at Meadow Ridge to my friends.
We just wish that we could have had a earlier check-in time, but we understood. Also, the logs for the fireplace didn't work, so we had to buy our own log.
