We had a great experience at this hotel, nicely done across the board. Clean, very well maintained facilities! Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely no issues at all! Great location close to everything. Walking distance to the downtown shops with a grocery store across the street. Great choice, we would highly recommend!

We stayed on the first floor. I could hear people walking in the room above us. Not too bad, but it was noticeable. Wasn’t that bad, however at 5am it was odd to have this person walking around loudly for 45 minutes. Not a deal killer at all, could have been someone with boots on that were loud on the floor?

Exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond. One afternoon as I was chatting with one of the staff, I mentioned that my niece loved a yogurt they had a day before but unfortunately, they were out that morning. Sure enough one of the staff went and bought it at a store and delivered it to our room. And as we were planning to do a little gender reveal party after dinner in the breakfast room, the front desk employee offered to give us a board room so we could have some privacy. Absolutely exceptional customer service & great location. Recommend it 100%

Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise! The scope and quality... It was mentioned in the reviews but I didn't put much stock in it until we experienced it first hand. Also, all of the employee interactions were wonderful... very eager to help and positive. Genuinely didn't get big chain, corporate hotel vibes, which was a good thing...

The hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They were there to help us with whatever we needed. Great breakfast and loved that I could get coffee or hot chocolate anytime throughout the day. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to restaurants and stores so walking for what we needed was even an option. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay!

The location of hotel is very convenient to the Fraser-winter Park area. The facility is clean and the breakfast is good.

We were assigned to a handicap room and was told we couldn’t switch rooms because we booked through a third party.

We loved the fact there was plenty of bacon. The pancake machine was fun to try, and the flavor was fine. The server kept food filled up, moving quickly and was keeping everything very clean. He was very helpful to the guests in hotel.

The sink in our bathroom was plugged up. The stopper wouldn't stay out of the way and when we checked out, I didn't see anyone to notify about the issue. We were not notified in clear print there was a pet fee until I was checking in. I called and was told pets could stay, and never told of the $75 fee. Booking as well as the holiday inn website do not make this obvious. It is an excessive fee. I told the young man how I felt at check in, upon check out on my receipt I saw it was dropped to $40. Still I would have liked to have known, and I DELIVERED Friday 7/29/2022 at 12:18 pm No signature required Left at back doorrobablycould have gone camping.

Receptionists were most helpful. In comparison to where we usually stay: hotel & rooms felt modern & spacious, breakfast was well done especially crisp bacon unsaturated in fat, plenty of parking space, proximity to Trail Ridge Road if coming over Trail Ridge Road from Estes Park.

Not the fault of the hotel but a few guest (mainly family) groups monopolised the internal spa bath & pool which would be really enjoyable ... if you could share with sharers or, better still, get it on your own!

The front desk was wonderful!! Extremely helpful and friendly!! The breakfast was delicious with lots of options!! One of our favorite breakfast in any hotel!

The price was high, but was able to save $200 by booking through booking.com

clean rooms, everything worked; breakfast was pretty good; location is practically right on the Fraser River trail which was great to get our dogs on! bus line to ski resort and Safeway right next door so that was convenient!

price was a little steep for what it is, but then again it was a holiday weekend…also pool was small and cold due to a broken heater or something….

It was a good location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The breakfast was nice.

Only two snags....We had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes to check in Sunday evening as there was none at the desk. The room we were checked into (310) had a terrible odor we detected immediately. The front desk rectified it immediately and assigned us to a different room.
