Reasonably priced and large room. Convenient location.

Had to climb up stairs to get to the room. My husband and I have mobility issues and there was no other room available. Also, when we checked in and went to the room it was still occupied. Again, no other room available so had to wait until the supervisor came and apparently they were able to get person to check out. We then had to wait for someone to clean the room. No offer of compensation such as free meal or free play in casino for the inconvenience.

very clean, quiet, excellent location, free parking, great staff, free soft drinks in the casino. close to casino, but casino not noisy!!!! YES!! Also NO OLD SMOKE SMELL ANYWHERE! Awesome for non-smokers. Room wasn't just covered up with air "freshener" Just was truly smoke free!

no breakfast option at the hotel restaurant on weekdays. (there is a quick serve "deli" but its like convenience store food.) central city has very little else to pick from, so had to drive to Idaho Springs for breakfast.

What make this in my mind so unique, is the fact, it's just a plain jane room,that you want in a room but not all extra amenities like the big name hotels that saturate, Blackhawk and Central City..

Nonething to report, from the hotel/customer service side but if you're expecting breakfest during the week,weekend, there are not sitdown resturant even tho they do have one, it doesn't, open till noon....There are other restaurants down the street at Grand Z or I usually either go down to Blackhawk or you can stop at the Red Dolly casino as you enter the town of Blackhawk... Best Bet is to ask the employees or locals and they can point you in the right direction

Wonderful staff. Great food. Very clean. Quiet. Beds comfortable. Atmosphere welcoming and warm. Even with A/C being broke down and casino floor hot, employees still had great attitudes and smiles. Rooms had own A/C which was a blessing for customers for us who stayed here.

A/C went down (no fault of anyone) waiting on parts. Casino floor very warm. Employees having to deal with the heat. I know I didn't feel well because of the heat. Sure casino lost loads of money this weekend. Not good for such a nice business

Spacious & clean (room 220). Nice tv. Very comfortable king bed. Towels & wash cloths were thick & seemed new.

The door to the bathroom door needs to be adjusted or replaced. Doesn't fit well when closing, & also noisy. Also, lighting could be better. Could have another leisure chair in there, the two of us had one comfortable chair & one desk chair.

It was clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. Very nice accommodation. Spent weekend. Good location. Close to Downtown. We enjoyed i.

Two negatives:- The front desk for check in was also used for Casino Business. We had to wait for clerk to free up time. We got there by 1pm but had to wait until 4pm to check in. No flexibility in check in time.

Refurbished and very cute. The whole town is in the middle of an upgrade

Hard to navigate. Casino on the main floor and couldn’t find signage to get to the elevator to go up to rooms. Front desk was not very helpful, but other employees were.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. We love the location a way from the hustle and bustle of the large casinos. This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Mostly just slots but we enjoyed the variety.

We discovered that the first night was spent in a room that should not have been occupied due to renovations. However, staff made up the inconvenience with a suite. It was quite a surprise!!!!. Overall, fantastic experience.

Daily room service was not available. Never got an answer why.

Everything you hire very good people. Breakfast could be open a little earlier for people that want to leave early.

Temperature control in the room was a bit difficult. Drink service in the casino should have been a little more often.
