The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, but it would be nice to have a coffee pot near reception at other times of day to be able to take some out when you go out for the day. All the staff that we met were really helpful and friendly.

I'm not sure if there is anything we didn't like. There wasn't any milk or creamer at the in room coffee, but that was easily solved by going downstairs to ask for some. We didn't use all the facilities, like the pool, the laundry, the bar, so can't comment on those, but everything else was great

The location was great and it was clean and affordable. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was great! It had a wide variety of things to choose from including roasted potatoes, eggs, etc.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was went hot in our room with the heat all the way off. We didn’t want a/c but like it cooler for sleeping. We were on the 5th floor so maybe that made it hotter?

Fantastic service by everyone at hotel. Room (accessible) with kitchen & living area spacious & well stocked. My daughter was having surgery at St Anthony’s and staff did all they could to see to her comfort.

Shower curtain (which possibly replaced a glass door) did not reach floor, so water everywhere when showering. To us, this was a relatively minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was great, the free parking was nice, we enjoyed the location (walking distance to a lot of stores and amenities). The kitchenette in our room was well stocked, and the dishwasher was nice to have. We felt safe here, the laundry facilities were great, the gym seemed new, and pool table was fun to use, and the staff was friendly.

The pool is very cold, and there’s no hot tub (which we knew, but would’ve been nice after the cold pool water).

The first room I was assigned smelled horrific. It was obvious that a dog had been an occupant and had defecated in the room and some of the furniture as uwas chewed up This is a dog friendly hotel but not everyone is dog friendly. Some people suffer from allergies to dog hair, etc so that should be taken into consideration when assigning rooms. Just as people request non-smoking rooms, they should be able to request rooms that have not had dogs as residents. The hotel did assign me a new room and made good on the situation but I pity the person who was stuck with the original room.

The room had a modern vibe with a seperate "ish" tv, couch and kitchen areas. The room was very clean and the bed was totally comfy with extra pillows. It's right in Belmar so there were lot's of restaurants, shopping, and groceries. It was a great place for our stay in the Denver area.

The was a lot of actual parking spots for the hotel. There's a mix of Target and hotel parking that we were sure what was what. It all worked out with no hassle. The parking was secure and very well light.

The room was very spacious. The location is great with a target next door and other large stores such as Dick’s sporting goods within walking distance.

The parking was strange since it shares the target parking. I did not have an issue finding a spot, but I imagine there could be issues if the hotel is fully booked.

Thank you for your great service, I was there during a very busy few days for the property and had no issues with my room or the ammenities, all front desk workers and kitchen workers were friendly and accommodating. I will be moving to the area soon and be recommending anyone who visits pick this as their hotel.

The location, the view of of the room and the cleanness of the room.

The comforter extra set of comforter wasn't warm enough. It was too thin. It's like an oversize towel, didn't' provide any warmest. The A/C wasn't run correctly. 1 minute it's too hot, and next minute t it's too cold. The Dishwasher, runs pretty loud.
